The front desk staff and location were great! Easy to get to from the highway and check in was a breeze. The amount of restaurants and things to do was great as well!

Breakfast was ok but they were overwhelmed by poorly behaved children and never ending traffic so I do not think we had the best look at a typical day. There was never a time that there was plenty of items available to choose from and the eggs were cold. There was a private birthday party in the lobby area so there was not a quiet spot to relax except your room. And kids were running in the hallways at 1 a.m.

We had a lovely stay & the location was perfect for our needs. Pet friendly was awesome. We'd certainly stay again if we're visiting the area in the future.

We had booked a king suite for 2 adults, 2 children & a pet. Only three towels were in the room & we had to go ask for bedding for the pull out sofa. I expected these items to be available in our room for our arrival. Not a huge blunder it was an easy fix. Also, we weren't informed breakfast was only until 9 on the weekdays which was a bummer for my late sleepers . I managed to make it in time each day & it was great. Haha Luggage carts. You need more luggage carts or to remind guests not to harbor them in their rooms.

Located close to family, dining, shopping centers, stores, etc. It was convenient to park and had an overall clean feel, minus the cigarette butts littered the one day. Toilettetries came in handy, and towels for 2 people, 3 days. Great space and the full sized refrigerator came in handy, not to mention microwave and other kitchen imenities that were not utilized because of time spent outside of hotel but were there if necessary. Would definitely go back though.

One of the elevators was out of service, and the other was really slow at times as staff held it for janitorial purposes, but understandably they were doing ther job. Cigarette butts were littered all over our entry point on our final day of the 3 day stay. The room had a slight tinge of dirty laundry on a hot summer day. Toilette water smelled a bit like the ocean, hence east coast vibe.

The hotel was quiet. We never heard people in the hallway even though the parking lot was full. When we went down for breakfast, we had the option of carrying our food back to our room with trays that were provided instead of having to make a couple of trips because the breakfast area was full. The woman taking care of restocking food was very prompt when things were getting low

The hot tub/spa jets didn't work when we turned the timer on.

Stayed in a one bedroom suite the room size was very nice, Answer there was even a Mini kitchen which came in very handy as far as heating up leftovers and a refrigerator.

Reserve a one bedroom king bed and Ended up receiving a too bad full. Also was looking forward to the complimentary breakfast which was a very nice layout unfortunately most of the food was very cold.

I love the location, the staff is friendly, the rooms were nice and spacious. The beds are big and comfy. Everything was in working order. The water was nice and hot.

The dishes in the rooms could use for replenishment or replacement. There were more lids than pots, the paring knife was bent.

Everything was amazing including the other guests and the staff were marvelous kind very helpful an polite.

Very high priced but definitely was great comfortable stay for my family under the circumstances we we're going through the staff was very genuinely compassionate to my family.

The breakfast was good. There was plenty to choose from. The eggs could have been warmer.

No pet fee. Dogs are generally cleaner than kids and there is no toddler fee.

THEY WERE AMAZING!!!! ROOM WAS SO CLEAN AND SPACIOUS!! THE KITCHENETTE WAS PERFECT!!! THEY HELPED ME BE ABLE TO KEEP THE SAME ROOM WHEN I NEEDED TO ADD A DAY TO MY TRIP!!!

The place where very clean. the stuff were nice and helpful. the breakfast were great. everything was excellent. ant time I come to CT I will always choose HSBHHM to stay.

There were nothing I didn’t like about the property.
