The price is great! very reasonable, the location is good, hotel is clean and people are friendly.. too bad it's not pet friendly.

This is my 3rd time staying at the Inn as my son is a sophomore at Eastern, I wish they did have more variety for breakfast, I know breakfast location is small so, that could be the issue. Also more snack variety| vending machines etc.. except for McDonalds or Apple B's.. not much if your want something to eat late at night..

The hotel is the only one near eastern Connecticut state university include a fridge and microwave, breakfast only contain a muffin ; cereal and coffee no water or juice. Staff is wonderful and helpful, room was updated and clean. Hotel across the street from McDonald’s for breakfast and next door to the grocery store and the mall. And around the corner from the school.

Juice select and more breakfast option

After reading a few bad reviews, booked without great expectations. Was pleasantly surprised. The front desk staff was courteous (might not have been the quickest!) .We got a room in the main building. The rooms were very clean, house keeping was great. bathroom ,shower area were very clean and well maintained, Inroom microwave and fridge were super helpful.The Wi-fi was great (I worked one of the days and had no issues at all). The fitness room is very small but i did exercise 2 days and was satisfied. All in all, pleasant stay, They even extended my checkout by half a day for a very reasonable charge. Would definitely come back if i had to.

Breakfast - there was barely anything except packaged muffins , fruit and coffee.

Location was perfect for us. Room was clean and beds were comfortable, Shower was nice. Interior hallways give a sense of security. I believe the hotel was full but it was not noisy. There were a few rowdy guests but they retired early.

Breakfast was meager although the coffee was pretty good. Bathroom was clean but could use a little updating. The computers in the lobby did not work correctly. I never spoke to any of the hotel staff. Not sure if they were too busy to interact with guests or if they wanted to give people their privacy.

My room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. The family that owns the Inn on Storrs clearly takes a great deal of pride in their hotel. The Fenton River Grill next door was really good too.

The only problem with the room was that the cable TV didn't work, but the manager sent me a very nice note about it.

The breakfast was nonexistent Small Danish in cellophane wrapper that looked like it came from 7-11 or Dollar Tree. Small cup of yogurt. Coffee and juice. Also, pitiful looking oranges. Price should be lowered by 10 15 dollars until breakfast is suitable. The staff was extremely Friendly and helpful. The Inn was clean to a fault. My room was refurbished. Pleasant and clean. Despite the laughable breakfast. I would probably stay there again if in area. Fabulous Restaurant and Bar next door.

Breakfast.

We've been coming here for years as we visit family in the area. We had a renovated room on the first floor and it was beautiful! All new and spacious, super clean and convenient. One of our party has medical issues requiring easy access, but I forgot to ask about that when I booked. We asked about a handicap accessible room upon check-in; although not available, they were happy to move us to a room close to the entrance so there would be less walking. We were so grateful!

The pool area needs some ventilation. We checked out the pool area shortly after arrival and it was stifling! The pool area was so warm it was hard to breathe, which caused us not to use the pool at all while there. That was disappointing, but other things made up for it.

my mother who uses a walker was with me. the room assigned was on the second floor. when I asked the staff if it could be changed to a first floor room they did everything they could do accommodate me even though they were very crowded

Nice property. SImple breakfast in the morning. Modern and clean. Like the pool. Close to some restaurants in the nearby malls. Friendly staff.

Hot tub was not really hot. Breakfast could have a few more choices.
