Convenient location. Parking lot was well lit and big. Outdoor spaces were clean and landscaped nicely. Nice porch area with grills and umbrellas. Large, clean, modern and comfortable room. Laundry facilities a big plus.
Coffee in room and coffee in pantry was awful, but DD and McDonald's are close by. Just a few minor issues that I gave to front desk rep at checkout -- Toilet seat won't stay up (crashes down). Bathroom door was super squeaky. Ironing board leg was broken.

The kitchen was great, had the basic cookware, two place settings, and an L area which served as a table. The bathroom was great too, one of the few places with a shower that did not leak out of the glass door! The room was very clean, and the hotel foyer and even the elevators were mopped every day.
The location had quite a bit of traffic noise from a busy street at the corner, but not much they can do about that.

The front desk made an excellent recommendation for chinese delivery. The room had a full oven which was nice and would be good for a small family doing an extended stay.
The place was in a rough area. The facility itself was nice, but the location was tight for parking and had questionable people in and around the parking lot.

The room was very spacey. I booked a room with a kitchenette, and though I did not use it, it would’ve been a great thing for someone who did. The bed was nice and comfortable. The room was super clean. The bathroom was big. I love how the shower had its own shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Overall it was quiet when we stayed, which is nice especially when you need to get some sleep. Though we stayed one night, I feel if someone needed to stay longer, for a week or so, this would be the best place!

I bought a "lunchable" at the hotel Cupboard. I checked the date and it expired on February 2021. I immediately returned it for a refund. More healthy snacks/foods should be available. The was a blackout.........we were there to celebrate my husband's birthday. we missed the opportunity to fully enjoy the accommodations because there was no electricity.

I was assisted by Lee, who is very nice, pleasant and checked me in very well. When I got home, I noticed that I was over Charged on my credit card I called the hotel right away and spoke to Me Eddie who assisted me very well and took care of those overcharges. Staff was very great. The rooms also made you feel at home. Thank you
The shower area was not too pleasant but managed it for just one night.

When I checked in at about 10 pm, a front desk lady just closing off from her shift accosted me in a somewhat unfriendly manner, even before I approached the front desk. Clearly a bias and not expecting a person of color would have a reservation at the hotel.

no parking spaces because the people from red roof inn took them all. we left for a football game came back with nowhere to park. The advertisement for breakfast was falsified. they gave pop tarts and cereal bars. so disappointing
