Loved breakfast & the young lady at the front desk for check in. She is so kind and helpful. Love the location & view

Had previously requested extra towels/wash cloths because they only provide 2 and its 4 people and the requested items werent provided. Refrigerator did not work. Took over an hour for maintenance to replace. There was a screw hanging out the wall and my daughter got hurt. Remote didnt work and you cant replace the batteries because the back is screwed on. The pool is not opened on monday & tuesday but website doesnt specify this

The breakfast was good and location is perfect. The room was very big and the bed was comfortable.

Your pool room is very very poor and I say this because the walls are very filthy, floors are disgusting, ceiling tiles are very dirty and probably has mold from all of the condensation. Pool and spa tub was very cloudy and dirty. You can tell it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. Chairs in the room we had was very very dirty. They need a good shampoo.

location was excellent, rooms are huge, lobby is airy and fresh. the staff were amazing — welcoming and friendly. the breakfast was wonderful, omelettes station was perfect and so much delicious melon. even the coffee was outstanding.

the pool was not open and no one told us when we checked in. there were cleaning hoses in the pool and the water was pretty gross looking and it was like that throughout our stay. other than that, everything else was perfect

Enjoyed the complimentary evening drinks and snacks as well as the breakfast buffet with omelet station. Room was spacious and comfortable. Kids enjoyed the pool.

The pool area could use some attention. The water is very cloudy, it needs to be shocked and cleaned. The hot tub was not working, the water in it was ice cold and no bubbles. Ants all over in the pool room. The hotel room was dimly lit. Needs more lights.

The staff was very nice, loved the pool, restaurant attached to hotel was convenient, the beds were so comfortable, nice living room area to work on my laptop, the elevator view was amazing, great breakfast, late checkout time of 12pm was excellent, & the shower was awesome. Most importantly was the price, it was very affordable. Definitely will be staying there again. It was also only 10mins from my job.

I loved the size and layout of the room, it was a pleasure to stay in. The complimentary beverage service was also an incredible touch.

The main lobby was a little too hot for me. The pool was closed on the first day I was there, but it did open afterwards.

Great location close to the University of Delaware. Nice big suite rooms with separate seating area. Complementary cocktails with snacks jn the evenings. Great breakfast! Laundry facilities Friendly and helpful staff.

Shower over bathtub. Needs an interior design update. Microwave in room, but no plates or cutlery. Also no fridge.

Area felt very safe. Breakfast options were great, especially the chef preparing personal orders! Spacious hotel, with good-sized suite. Friendly, helpful staff.

Pool could stand to be shocked. It was a little bit hazy. The hot tub was cool, while pool was being fed hot water. But that wasn't a problem for us - only for those wanting a hot soak! The coffee was too strong.

Breakfast was excellent. Cocktail hours and snacks were good too! Staff working the food service and desk were very nice and helpful.

We requested housekeeping for one day mid-way through our stay. That did not happen, but it was fine because we really just needed towels and they were available at the front desk.

Property was clean which made my stay comfortable.

Compare to other locations this property was older and remodeling is needed. There was a tj under storm which caused the fire alarm to go off 5am in morning.
