Nice remodeled hotel right on the beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Italian restaurant in lower level was really good. Room was very good size with an ocean view. We arrived a day early for our cruise the next day, and booked this room cause it was a better price than some in the area. There were still some renovations in progress while we were there, but we would book again.

Room had a slight smell of alcohol left, and tub and sink in bathroom could have been cleaned a little better. They do not offer a shuttle for airport or cruise port either, but we did know that before we booked.

The Front Desk staff were outstanding, particularly a gentleman who received us whose name I did not note. We arrived about 1030 pm on June 22. Mr. Francisco Sánchez was very helpful and the desk attendants Shyann and Ingrid were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

No bell-boys to assist with luggage upon arrival - the desk clerk helped us. No or poor eating facilities in the lobby area. The sales lady of the pool food facility is grumpy and unfriendly The air conditioning in the room (No. 1120) did not work easily or well. The closet door in the room would not slide from one position to another. When I asked to stay an extra day, the additional price was far above the original price. We would have appreciated more attention to clean towels and tidying up the room.

The location is perfect.

When we came staff gave us room without balcony faced on the very noisy street dispite of the fact that we booked room with balcony and partial ocean view. We could not sleep the whole night and need to spend time for relocation next vacation day.

I was completely skeptical going into this trip. I honestly almost canceled my reservation many times due to all the bad reviews! So I booked a trip that I primarily planned with four other families. I told them about of the reviews after reading them and they still wanted to give it a try! I’m sooo glad we did. So we had four different rooms each one was very different from the other. Every room was fine- cleanish (I feel like beach resorts aren’t ever what I would consider super clean) each room had tile or wood floors. They were open and airy with a kitchenette. The kitchenette had dishes and dish soap! The bathrooms weren’t the greatest but they were efficient. One family got a room that hadn’t been updated and still had the pink musty carpet- they asked for a room change and got a room with wood floors, full kitchen and all updated! The check in process was super smooth and everyone was very kind! We got in early so we were able to use the pool while waiting on our room. You do need to get a bracelet at the pool desk and just tell them your waiting on your room- they will accommodate you- one of the pool attendants primary language was not English so we had a barrier when she was trying to explain this but we figured it out. The pool and pool deck were nice and clean. All the food was great from the pool grill to the pizzeria in the basement! The beach was beautiful! The pool attendant who does the chairs and umbrellas is always watching and adjusting seating to make guests most comfortable! As far as the other reviews go about the fraud calls to the rooms. They have a large print out on your paper work at check in warning you about possible fraud calls, we didn’t have an issue with fraud calls. The resort is dated but they are working on renovations. They’re are most certainly nicer resorts but this was fun, inexpensive and relaxing for four families with kids!

They’re working on renovating- I don’t know who they hire to put in faucets and bathroom trim but I hope they get a discount because it’s a poor job lol! It didn’t dampen our stay any- just want the hotel to know they should have their handy mans work checked! Also the pool and beach are so beautiful you spend very little time in the rooms!

Omar was great and checked us in and out. location was great!

My balcony floor was torn up rough concrete yet the balconies to my left and right had really nice tile floors. The two neighboring balconies also had much nicer and newer table and chairs compared to the cheap faded plastic ones we had! Also, we were very disappointed that the two main restaurants were closed for our entire stay. The poolside restaurant and bar was was understaffed thus causing long waits. Hire more help to take care of customers in a timely manner!

Breakfast at least should be included, Pool staff should be more friendly , they are too serious. Next to the pool there are 2 o 3 security guards, you feel like you are in a prison.

The location is great, The Room with the kitchen included is great as it is expensive to eat out in the Miami area. The Pool Grill staff was Awesome, food was good and quick. The best part is the beach. The complex is undergoing renovations and covid had the Breakfast Buffet shut down, Guests should be informed of this prior to or at least at check in. Asked the front desk at check-in where it was and was told down that Hallway, has been closed for 18 months.

The Staff is not up to Wyndham Standards, ask a question and you get, we can't do that. The Security Staff on Sunday was an absolute joke and power-tripping fool. The pool was closed for some reason, 2nd day there, had been back and forth many times from Hotel to Beach (public access path runs right next to where this wannabe was located) and on Sunday morning carrying things to the beach he has to play Miami Vice, and put a wrist band on us, so we can walk thru, not using hotel towels or anything else. Asked why and he said because I said so, very rude I would think that the Hotel Owner would like to get outside business to the Pool Grill for the income. Desk staff a bit curt and not open.

It was clean and very friendly staff but, the elevators should all be running and it would of made me and my wife experience a lot better

The only issue was that some of the elevators were down

I have to say Thank you for Angel and Roi, this two awesome!!! Fast , very positive, very helpful! I can tell I stayed in this hotel 6-7 times before, but only now with them I know that is Italian place in LL, nobody told me that, before and I always used Uber delivery🤦🏻‍♀️! They are the best !!! For real, can compare 🫶

The room was great. Partial view of the ocean. Beds were very comfortable.

The check in took for ever. My room was never ready so they gave me a different room. Multiple elevators broke. Parking is through valet only.
