The pool.

July 16th our first full day there, the water was shut off with no notice. We were without water most of the day. Had been in pool and couldn't shower before meeting friends. Monday, July 17 was getting out of pool again when we were told not to use water as the sewage pump was being replaced. The gentleman doing the work informed of the water/sewer problems. No one from property let us know. Again unable to shower before meeting friends.

Staff was amazing and helpful Facilities were spotless Excellent location We plan to go back next year!

I don’t know what happened but there was a huge problem with their septic tank or something. The area around the pool was dug up and the water was turned off for a couple hours. We were not told about it and it would have been nice to know what was going on.

Perfect location. A lot of entertainment as well as the beach was easy walking distance. The pool area was perfect for our family. It has a good shallow end for younger kids and a large area for bigger kids to swim. The rooms were exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable.

I didn't like that there was too much lighting on the property at night. The hot tub was not working when we were there, but there was a company working on it. The roads also flooded due to excessive rain, this is no fault of the property.

Location, lay-out, cleanness, style, comfort level, kitchen utensils, new a/c system, TV etc. It was one of the best motel room I have stayed so far. Location is unbelievably good, super close to live music, bars, Cafe shops, beaches and super placed to sleep tight. That was a container house, total freedom. Clean clean sparky clean. Glasses, plates, even microwave running part was perfect. Spare towels, papers, coffee maker, setups etc. I did not use the wifi so no comment on that. Bedsheets and covers were also in good shape. Bath essentials were from Tommy Bahamas. Smells flowery and feels like 'worth it'. I would not find any fault with this place. Love love love it!

Nothing that I would say I did not like. Considered perfectly normal, everyone has same problems at homes, hair dryer was missing. That would not have been a problem normally but I had had stiffed neck at the time so it was vital to me. Front desk gave me a brand new one right away. I would not call it a dislike but it was a thing. The keyless reader outside would not work. I did not think to use it anyway. All in all, no problem at all.

Love it! Very nice employees. Spoke to Debbie about shopping she is a sweetheart. Can’t wait to get back there. I am taking my son and his wife in June hopefully but we will certainly be back!

The rooms smelled a little musty. And the trick to that is put Clorox bleach in the toilets and let them sit there before people come in. When I was 16 years old I worked in a hotel down the shore in New Jersey and that was there a trick to the Musty smell and it worked. Other than that it was fantastic.

loved how close to everything it is. unit was clean and you could even smell the disinfectant cleaner. had extra towels and blankets and etc.

the air conditioning didn’t keep the living room cool. it was so hot all 4 of us had pile up in a king size bed. that was the only negative thing I have to say about the property. I hope they get it fixed because I’d love to stay again in the future.

comfortable accommodations

communication from the inn was very poor. I got emails from them with INCORRECT info about how to check in ; they sent me the WRONG ACCESS CODE for the door lock . Nice worker just happened to see us struggling , and called the office for us , learned of all these errors . we had to drive to the main office - to get the correct info .

Location was perfect. Walking distance to food, beach, local shops. Room was clean and nicely decorated.

The living room area air conditioning was supplied by the mini split in the bedroom. The bedroom was cool and nice but the living room warmed up if the door to the bedroom was closed. Other than that, this was a beautiful newly renovated place to stay for a night or so.

The pool was amazing! Nice quiet atmosphere. Great job on the landscaping! Clean room.

No chair/chairs or table in the room. Would be nice to have a laundry bag for wet bathing suits, dirty clothes, etc Never located the outside shower to rinse off before entering pool.

It was very clean and cozy comfy beds nicely remodeled the location is great your only a couple hundred feet from the ocean good food and good amount of stuff to do along the island highly recommend staying here!
