Location was great, close to all local amenities, free trolley service, beach etc. Place was very clean, lots of extras provided in the communal fridge. Hot tub was a nice bonus.

Room was advertised with a balcony, however the balcony was not private it was communal. Could be noisy in the room when inconsiderate guests are using the communal area, which would affect all rooms but particularly those below.

It was such a beautiful place. I loved that each room had private bathrooms and mini fridge. The set up of common areas were also beautiful kitchen and hang out area with game room and pool table. Upon arrival my husband and I were greeted by owner. He gave us a tour of the property and was very pleasant and they allowed us to check in early. The temperature of pool was perfect and refreshing . The entire property is well kept and very clean. The location is amazing. Short walk to the beach and local shopping and restaurants. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Our favorite part was having pizza and wine on the roof top. Can’t wait to visit again.

There’s nothing to dislike .

Beautiful, very well-maintained property - you can tell the owner takes pride in providing a very clean, welcoming environment. The staff made rounds twice a day to clean the shared areas and rooms, and keep fresh towels, ice, snacks available. House was very spacious, with multiple sitting areas, balconies, and a pool area to relax in. The provided beach chairs and umbrellas were very good quality, so no need to pay for rentals. It is absolutely perfect for a couple or a small group to rent out several rooms. You get the opportunity to stay in a high-end, beautiful beach house without having to invite 10 other people!

Honestly nothing!

Place was beautiful and loved the beach decor! You can tell they have put a lot of time and effort into making it the relaxing beach boutique experience. Loved our balcony, the rooftop deck, the jacuzzi, and the location to restaurants and bars. Loved the communication with staff. When first couldn't figure out the jacuzzi, they responded promptly to address the issue. The video game machine was a nice treat. Played Pacman for the first time in years...lol.

The refrigerator in the room could have been a little bigger. We had access to a large frig upstairs but my sis had just had knee surgery a couple months before and had some trouble going up and down the stairs to get stuff. We liked the yard but the trees block sun from hitting any of the loungers so can't really do any sunbathing there. Also, very nice wicker lounges but none you can lay flat in. I think they are going for more of a spa retreat look and they accomplished that.

Exceptional vacation spot. The inn had free parking, was clean, inviting and everything we needed for the beach was easily accessible. The balcony off our room was the perfect place for morning coffee and private lunches. The second floor kitchen/ dinning room and livingroom had beautiful views of the bay and the rooftop was our favorite spot to end our day. Everything is within walking distance (beach, bay, pier, restaurants) and the free trolley allowed us to explor the whole island. Jose was amazing and always available. He made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us daily to see how our day went. He was a very friendly face to see throughout the week. Mark and Maria were also extremely inviting and wanted to make sure our stay was perfect. Excellent communication before and during our stay. I would highly recommend this inn as your place to stay.

Nothing, everything was exceptional.

My husband and I just got married and decided to stay here. It is a beautiful place located in a beautiful area!! Everything was very clean and it looked renovated too. We really loved how we could sit in the common room, drink some coffee, and watch the sunrise every morning. There are even free snacks left for the guests, a Keurig machine as well which we thought was very cool.

We would love to stay here for a full week or longer, but are concerned with how you are not allowed to use the stove or oven, which almost makes you have to buy food every day.

Extremely clean and the location was close enough to walk to the beach and the Bridge Street restaurants and bars. The rooftop seating area was relaxing and the pool area was also very nice although we didn’t use it.

The parking was very tight but adequate. The rooms were close together so it felt like we had to be really quiet after 10, which isn’t really a problem for us but I was worried about bothering others. It also felt a little awkward to use the amenities because of sharing the space with others.

First time with this concept. Was thinking about for a family stay with adult children and kids. Good combination of family events with the privacy of separate rooms. Stayed here because of interest in renting the whole property.

Did not like the monitoring process. A young man with a backpack, who never introduced himself as I suppose the innkeeper, was constantly "popping out of the attached garage" and attempting to guess our names. We were not sure he was associated with the property or someone who just wondered in behind us. Each time we returned to the unit, he mysteriously popped out of the garage and followed us around. We were uncomfortable with this mysterious approach. Thought we were in a horror movie. Think we will consider something else for a family outing.

We were fortunate enough to book all 5 rooms at the Boutique Inn for 5 couples staying in town for my husbands 40th birthday. From the beginning communication with Maria was consistent, clear and helpful. I even mailed her decorations and arranged to have food brought in, etc. for everyone's arrival from the airport and my husbands surprise. Jose was also in constant communication leading up to our stay to ensure that everything went smoothly and I really cannot thank them enough for that. I had a million questions and they were patient and helpful with each and every one of them! The house itself is amazing. If you know the island you know that you won't find a better location. A stones throw from the beach, bridge street and the trolley. You will be able to walk anywhere you want to go. The amenities were above and beyond. Each of the five rooms are designed beautifully and different yet all have the same luxuries including the nice bathrooms, king sized beds (super comfy), customized AC units, fridge and coffee pot and each room even provided champagne, robes and slippers. We were blessed to find this level of amenities for 10 people outside of a traditional hotel. The shared spaces down by the pool/hot tub and upstairs in the game area/kitchen were perfect common areas for our group. We wished we would have used the roof top deck more in the mornings! The view with a cup of coffee is unlike any other! We LOVED this house and Maria and Mark went above and beyond thinking of everything as usual. This was not our first time staying at one of their properties and it certainly will not be our last. We can't thank them for sharing this property with all of us.

coffee pot in room with nowhere to plug it in ( except floor or bathroom), coffee in the common area but no sugar ( i even left a note requesting it), no instructions for working the hot tub, wobbly fridge that dumped out contents including a bottle of wine that smashed on the floor.
