It was literally across the 2 lane road to the beach access (which is not same as the public access, so not crowded). Very very quiet, park in front of the room. Front porch/deck with 2 rocking chairs. Walk to beach, shops, dining and drinks. They do provide 2 beach chairs, a beach umbrella and 2 towels to use at the beach. Pool is heated and has floats already around that guests leave there. The bed was new and comfy and sheets were soft. (Careful walking around the footboard, ouch lol) Small fridge with separate freezer was great. Ceiling fab and AC keeps it cool and cold in room. Publix Grocery & Dollar Tree store are 2 miles away at main intersection turn off (Manatee Rd). Kitchen items, cups, glasses etc are provided. Nice gazebo with lounging area and you might see neighborhood chill sweet kitties.

Door has glass in the middle the whole length with a curtain over it inside. Maybe add frosted film too for added privacy when the curtain moves so no one walking by catches a glimpse.

Staff absolutely great, location fabulous, bed really comfy although a little on the small side. The unit is only a studio and we didnt know this so a bit surprised. We thought there would be an oven but there was only a microwave. It is a little tired with chipped paint and cracked tiles and could do with a refurb but it was very clean and that is what matters. In a way it had a kind of old Floridian Beach Cottage charm. We would still stay here again though, but just hope there is a bigger unit available when we book. The pool is an absolute bonus as are the beachchairs to take to the beach.

Great location and friendly staff. 2 minute walk to beautiful beach which felt very private because there is no public parking. We loved the pool and tropical plants surrounding it.

If we were nit-picking, needs cosmetic improvements such as updated decor, recaulking and faster hot water for shower. However, we still enjoyed our stay and we would return.

Amber and Kathy were fantastic. We arrived 2 hours early and were able to get into the room. The room smelled fresh and was very clean. All the amenities were there and in good condition. The exterior was very clean and the grounds were also in very good condition. The location to the beach was awesome. A one minute walk to be in the Gulf and no parking issues. Parking at the resort was right in front of our room which made loading and unloading a breeze. We will be back often to this resort. The value cant be beat.

Very nice place. Close to beach, shopping, and 2 Scoops IceCream shop. Nice pool and easy beach access. they even supplied Chairs and umbrellas to use on the beach. Very nice helpful staff, my wife left her water pick on the sink and they held it in the office so we could come and get it. Highly recomend

Location was perfect. Beach access was great.

The room furnishing was old, the refrigerator was very small inconvenient to keep cold drinks and snacks. For the price the rooms need some updating. It was clean. The pillows were extremely hard but the mattress and air conditioner were the best things in the room.

This place was absolutely amazing and I highly recommend to anyone coming to Anna Maria Island. The staff is so friendly as are the other guest. It feels like you’re staying with friends and family. The room was perfect for our needs and provided everything needed for a beach vacation. The location was great and all you had to do was cross the street and you’re on the beach. The pool was also great. If you’re looking for a great affordable option, choose Queen’s Gate resort.

Absolutely nothing. Everything is as perfect.

The location is perfect to walk to anything you can need. also if you take the car from there any 3 mins driving takes you to amazing places

That they don’t do house cleaning because of the “pandemic”, there is no pandemic anymore and if you stay more than 1 night it gets messy. This is the only think that I don’t like it about going again.

lacked in details. wrong sized coffee decanter, funky remotes/tuning. dripping faucets, wrong sized chair cushions. shower rod that doesn’t fit the area properly. the little things make the difference. Threshold/sill wore.

Kathy was great, she was accommodating with check in and gave us great recommendations for the area around us! The room was big enough for my husband and I for the time we were staying. Room was clean as well.
