I really liked that the room was spacious and clean. We were satisfied with the equipment of the room. The staff is very kind and helpful. Parking is also acceptable.

The breakfast that the hotel offers is a good thing, but unfortunately, in the states, it is very rare to find a hotel that reaches the quality accepted in Europe. For us, the breakfast they offered was of very low quality, but in all other hotels where we stayed, they were able to provide this level. Perhaps it is acceptable for American people. I don't know how demanding or undemanding they are.

The rooms were immaculate. The staff was amazing. Our stay was very pleasant. And at breakfast we felt like our grandmother was serving us!!! The lady, I'm soooooo mad I forgot her name. But this lady took care of us and the kitchen like it was a restaurant. She even brought out a toy bag and gave our 2yr old like 4,5 bracelets, car, ball and a glow up ring! Thank you very much Howard Johnson Dundelin!!! We will definitely tell everyone about how awesome your hotel and STAFF is!!!!!

It was a beautiful, large room with a large shower. I loved how our room was over the driveway, like a bridge suite. The sun deck was perfect for getting a tan or drying off after a swim in the beautiful pool.

The only bad thing was the mattress. Both sides had very deep divots from people sleeping in the same spot over and over again. My husband and I had to cuddle in the middle (on the hump between the two divots). The mattresses should be changed as soon as possible.

Staff were very nice and helpful, especially Erin, checking us out. The room was clean and bed comfortable, pillows a bit lumpy, but not that bad. Water lovely and hot. We didn't get to use the pool, but it looked very nice and clean. Location was great, as was the price. Breakfast was really good, and I loved how clean and cared for the breakfast area was taken care of. Can't beat this for value for money.

this hotel is simple but clean, has comfortable beds, smelling rooms, good soundproofing. Breakfast is included and is very good... excellent value for money. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

The breakfast room is very small, it only has 3 tables but this is not an inconvenience because almost all people get their breakfast and take it to their room

Out standing hotel. I went there to get protection from the hurricane. I have never been so impressed. Staff was fantastic. They made sure all was perfect and that you had everything you needed to be safe. Friendly , patient, just assured us we would be fine. Exceptional service. Room was super large and extremely clean and very comfortable. I never felt safer!.

Stairs where a little hard hauling my stuff up. But i needed the exercise. Ha

The staff was very kind and decor is very cool. we felt like we stepped back in time. The pool was nice and deck outside our room was very cool looking out over the highway.

Breakfast was not stocked well. not much of a selection depending on the day. older faucets and no in room coffee pot. the iron was very cheap and didn’t work well. linens were not very soft.

The friendly staff and the complimentary breakfast. Nearby a mall and various good steak restaurants.

The queen size bed was smaller than expected. During our visit there were road works during the night on US-19. Also busy with refurbishment of the rooms.

Room and bathroom very clean, smell was fresh, bed was comfy. Plenty of places to eat close by. Pool was operational and clean also. Price was great.

The only knock I have is I booked 2 rooms a long time in advance but the rooms were no where close to each other(??). Do not understand that.

The staff made us feel like we were inconveniencing her. We had a couple situations we had to ask questions, just to get information, and we got eye rolls and an answer in a very rude way. Not friendly, if you work in the hospitality management area, you are supposed to go above and beyond for your guest.
