It felt real, no gimmicks, reflected area we were visiting, (to say it’s dated would be unfair), Very cosy, beds were really comfy, very clean, breakfast selection was perfect and the staff were good at their jobs so I could see. We had a balcony overlooking the Marina, (and car park - but no issues with that), was lovely to overlook folk walking about as quite a busy place, but found room peaceful enough. Proximity to the town and the pier was 2nd to none. As we walked out of room the views over the bay were breathtaking, many photos taken, so if I was to revisit and stay jn Dunedin, I would look no further than this hotel.

No flaws

The location was great. It was right downtown so everything was accesssible, but the location on the water made it seem like a whole different place. We had a semi-private back balcony and we even saw some dolphins swimming around in the bay! The room was clean and the A/C was good.

Since our room was at the end, we were right next to the restaurant, so we felt uncomfortable coming outside to the back balcony because of the restaurant workers' smoke breaks/noise from the restaurant. The front balcony was also a little awkward too because people walked past our room a lot on their way to the restaurant/docks.

This has been a Christmas stop for the last 3 years and definitely a favorite! The location is perfect. Downtown Dunedin is just a walk away with cute shops, eateries, and parks. The views are fantastic out the front door or back door. A short drive will take you to so many other places (Honeymoon Island is a wonderful spot). The staff is wonderful, professional, and kind. They make you feel that they are glad you stopped. Rooms are bright and spacious! Breakfasts are delicious, with lots of options, and the never ending coffee machine all day is great! We love being able to come with our dog as well. The community is very pet friendly.

No complaints! Wish the weather might have been a little warmer this year, but at least we were above zero!

I liked the hotel. The woman at the front desk/ customer service area on 9/8/23 was so nice, we got there around 6. The room size pool and view were great!

The housekeepers were nice. We only had trash and got towels from them. We were there for 6 days and thought she/he would have come in and change sheets and clean the room a little at least once.

The location was Beautiful. The staff was all super nice. The breakfast was awesome.

The beds was stiff and the pillows was terrible. The pool needs re painted and the rope in the pool was coming apart and the strings were all in the pool. There was also a bush there that kept bees thats swarmed the pool by the garbage can. Also hated the hot tub was not fixed

The hotel is located close to downtown Dunedin and the harbour, which makes it walking distance from TD Ballpark. We loved lazing in the pool on hot afternoons. The variety of breakfast options was appreciated. Our room was freshened up every day, which was a pleasant surprise as many hotels don't offer this service anymore. The staff was friendly and very accommodating.

I have no criticisms.

Place had a large bedroom with plenty of space and a clean bathroom. Quiet area with sunset views every night and a pool to relax by or swim in. Walking distance to restaurants (including two within the marina) and shopping.

Nothing. I enjoyed every part of this experience. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in a quaint part of Florida. :)

It was a beautiful location, when we walked out our hotel room door we had a beautiful view of the harbor. I was curious why the windows were on the other side of the room though facing the parking lot. Everything was in walking distance so we did not have to rely on a vehicle there so much to do in downtown Dunedin

Bed was too soft but it was okay for a two night stay.

Rooms very clean. We really liked how the room had a back door leading out to the waterside of the motel. Breakfast was hot and a large variety of items to choose from.

If anything front entrance way to room was a little tight (no sudewalk) with tall step at the front door. But a minor thing.

Very friendly and helpful hotel. very pleasant stay, breakfast was very good too. and everything to do right within walking distance. Dunedin is a very quiet and fun place enjoyed every minute. We will return again. I had a good birthday this year with my wife of 42yrs God Bless Ron and Tracey
