The property was nice and clean. The assistant manager was wonderful to deal with. Very guest oriented. I felt very welcome. The room was spacious and the bed was more comfortable then expected.

The breakfast was not good. I don’t want to complain about this because it is a free breakfast. But the sausage and eggs were inedible. I was happy to have coffee! The shower head in the bathroom looked like it was going to fall down and there was a weird smell in the hallway. Thankfully it was not in the room.

Great value, clean hotel, easy to find and park. The general manager was very friendly upon check-in. Nice sized room with everything you need. Would stay here again!

Breakfast doesn't have the best selection and ran out of plates each day, although the fresh waffles were a nice touch! I was a bit cold at night due to the AC and thin sheet. Would be great if you could regulate it yourself. I wish the guests respected the hotel's no smoking policy!

Checked in the hotel a little after 1 AM in the morning and the man at the front desk had our reservation ready so it was a breeze to check in. We were tired and he made it so easy to check in the room was comfortable. It was clean and spacious, I will highly recommend

There was hair all over one of the bathroom towels housekeeping needs to do a better job in getting the hair from previous guests off of the towels and wash rags

Location was perfect for the events we wanted to go to, just a 4 minute drive from the Saigon Summer Night Market and a 7 minute drive from the flea market. Breakfast was convenient and the staff was very friendly.

There was some debris in the pool, could have been cleaner. Wish there were more breakfast variety. Room smelled a little odd, almost like hair dye? But the rest of the hotel smelled great.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, both in the lobby and in the room. The pleasant aroma added to the welcoming atmosphere. The staff was extremely polite and attentive. Additionally, the hotel provided a fresh breakfast, which was a great convenience. The value-for-money and quality level of this hotel are excellent.

Manager was overly obsessed with the use of the internet. A sign was posted at the business computers stating to print no more than 5 pages. Also I believe he was tracking the use of data on the free wi-fi as it stopped working at one point and when I called to report it, I was told I would need to go to a website to start the service again. It worked but was very annoying. Minimum breakfast.

Great rate. Near I275 for easy access north and south and numerous crossroads to take you to the beaches. Right next door is a Quaker State restaurant and a Publix is only 1 1/2 miles away. Room was very nice and TV had many HBO channels.

The breakfast was ok but the turkey sausage each morning was over done.

The breakfast was good. The value was good for the price. They are accomodating.

The times for the breakfast are so early. 6 to 9 am local time. We are from Arizona, so 9 am Florida time is 6 am AZ time. The area around the hotel is a poor area. The mattresses are a little on the hard side for us.

Nice comfortable room. Breakfast was good, full breakfast. Our room was in back so our view was the pool and grassy area behind facility, that was no problem. Mr. Baker assisted me with printing a copy of a form I needed! LOVED the " Anti-Fog" mirror in bathroom!!!!

The room design and size. Location of our room. Staff was very friendly. Convenience of included breakfast and availability of snack and sundries at the little pantry store. This will be our hotel of choice when in the area.
