The location, view and beach are incredible. You can’t beat having the end unit overlooking the water. The bathrooms are nice and the washer/dryer combo is convenient. The beach service and private beach are worth the stay.

The floor was dirty-it was either swept or vacuumed but walking around either in socks or barefoot-your feet turned black. It definitely needed to be mopped. The LR furniture could use a good cleaning. These were relatively minor issues. My biggest complaint is the noise from the upper unit-half way through our stay, a family with small kids arrived above us and from that point on it was nothing but constant thumping and banging.

Location!!! It couldn't have been better. Washer/dryer and other appliances Fully stocked kitchen The dish soaps and laundry detergent were a nice plus.

The air vents throughout the apartment were dirty. Wasn't sure if it was mold or just dirt. The apartment seemed clean but we found items left from the previous guests under the kids bunk beds which makes me question how well they really clean especially with Covid. Patio furniture needs to be replaced. Upgrades throughout would be nice.

The view is absolutely amazing!! Access to the beach is so easy and short walk. It's literally so beautiful! Everything was very clean, all appliances were easy to use and clean. Beds were also clean and we had extra sheets left for us. I was very surprised to find brooms and dust pans. Usually these are locked up or just not left. Being on the beach I appreciated this so much!

The door does not latch unless it's slammed or pushed just and locked. It will stay open! The dining table and coffee table are hazardous! They are not attached to the base and my kids almost flipped both. With younger kids this wouldn't be good. We only used the televisions in the evening but they need to be updated and the wifi sucks so bad.

The location was great. Unit was older but still comfortable. Everything you needed from coffee pot to washer and dryer. We loved it so much that we booked another stay on our last day😊

The condo was beautiful, well-maintained and well appointed. The location was perfect and had amenities such as an outdoor pool and beach chairs & umbrella service. The kitchen was fully stocked and view was absolutely beautiful. The couch was not that comfortable, one of the doors in the bathroom stuck shut & one of the bathrooms sinks did not drain well but other than that the condo was wonderful and I hope to go back to that specific condo next year. Those items were small in comparison to all the benefits of the condo. The condo association appears to be building a walkway leading to the beach and that will be GREATLY appreciated! Vacasa was very easy to deal with and answered all of my questions. All and all a great place to stay!

The couch was a little uncomfortable, a door stuck shut in the bathroom & one sink did not drain well but the condo was excellent and I wish to return to that unit again. It appears the owners take excellent care of the unit.

Location and first floor

Not enough cooking pans and utensils oven mitts and the oven is to tight to open door . The room had mold smell and air didn’t work well

GREAT LOCATION. The included beach service is a great perk for this condo!! Condo had everything needed to make a great stay!!!

The location was great! Access to the beach was only a few steps away.

There were only 3 wash rags available for a place that can house 6 people. Everything was clean, but the sheets smelled like they had been in a storage closet for a long time. The place could use some updates, but overall it served its purpose as somewhere to stay and make food at home while on vacation.

Great place to stay. View was amazing. Clean and quiet.

Condo could have stocked a few more items, extra blankets, kitchen items, and cleaning supplies.

I liked the location of it on the beach and the easy and private access to the beach. I also liked the condo itself. It was very clean and updated and had all the amenities one would need.

The only thing I didn't like was that there was not enough linen.
