beautiful landscaping, fabulous outdoor heated pool, great food and drinks at all of the restaurants and pool service

absurd prices ($17 for a small plastic cup well drink at the pool?) and hidden charges, including $132 they tried to charge my cc after I’d checked out and paid in full!(later removed after many calls and emails). and did not honor the Booking.com price prepaid for the stay.

A very good quality resort, food at the restaurant/room service was excellent, food costs/service was overpriced.

Its not a beachfront resort, you have to get out of the resort and walk outside in the streets for less than 1-2 miles to get into the private entrance to the beach.

This is a superb facility! Great staff, accommodations, restaurant, beach pools, top to bottom, One of the nicest rooms that I have ever stayed in, and that includes some Ritz-Carlton properties. Facilities are outstanding. Staff went above and beyond top correct the few slight problems that we incurred.

Like most places, they are a bit short staffed. This is not a surprise in the current environment. Check in was delayed, luggage was late and a couple of other trivial glitches. That being said, Staff went out of their way to correct these problems with a smile. One learns lots about an establishment when watching how they deal with problems. Nothing but positives here...

The resort is beautiful and so much history in the photos and art on the property. Location and the private beach were awesome!! Also the new pool staff, beach staff and Sprinkles staff were amazing!! Great people.

Some of the immigrant/Portuguese staff members were lazy and not great. It deterred us from wanting to eat onsite after having to get our own water and coffee on two occasions while eating at the resort. Otherwise everyone else was super friendly and great, just a few individuals were not. Also, never anyone around these folks keeping them on task.

There are hidden costs, after resort fee, you still have to pay an additional parking fee. They also charge you $40 /day to rent their chairs at beach. The beach is a far walk from resort. It almost appears on website that you are on the ocean if staying in resort.

Location perfect. Food delicious and staff was exceptional! The Primrose restaurant staff was extremely kind and caring, Ashley who was near front desk and greeting us was just delightful! She took her time to make us feel so valued and welcomed! The hostesses at Primrose so sweet and friendly and the servers were All exceptional! Mariza at front desk was so welcoming and kind! Young man in Sprinkles snack bar very helpful and patient with each guest. Felt very pampered and well cared about.

Coffeemaker kind of noisey and srartling when you start it. Afraid I would wake very tired Husband . Loved the real China coffee cups!

The resort is well kept up, landscape was gorgeous, pools and hot tub clean and beautiful, the lobby is so grand and reminds me of old southern charm, and our room was gorgeous as well.

The prices to dine in the restaurants was way too expensive and therefore we did not use them. We wanted to treat ourselves to room service with a few cocktails and food but again way too expensive and the delivery fee and two taxes was ridiculous. If you lowered your meal and drink prices you would find more people would just stay on the resort to enjoy their meals. We talked to other guests who shared the same talking points.

Beautiful hotel. Helpful staff. Quiet rooms and comfortable accommodations.

It was a bit far walking distance to local bars or restaurants because we like to walk but the Uber rides we cheap and easy.

This is an exceptional facility and despite some rainy periods we had a great time. We liked a dinner at Primrose so much we went a second time. The prices are very high throughout this resort. Service, facilities, room and cleanliness were outstanding.

Everything at Henderson Beach Resort is exceptional from the valet, the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, the rooms beautiful, tubs and showers were great, the beach access, the location to everything, the pools, the food and drinks were amazing. You were not in need of anything. We loved it here and will return in the future.
