Nice room, cookies at front desk, three rolls of toilet paper on racks, good AC unit, big TV, decent swimming pool indoors, good location with easy access to food and highways, good breakfast.

Kind of pricey for what you got, found fake eyelash on bath mat and long hair in bed and on bathroom floor, the room smelled strongly of something, the floors were gritty, the stool lid was loose, and the hot tub was out of operation. That being said it is not a bad choice for lodging. Most of these inconveniences were minor. Number one complaint...1-ply toilet paper. Why??? It does not save you money! For $144 per night you would think I might get a second ply.

have nothing bad to say, except when you check in they take a $100.00 deposit that is to be released back to you upon your check-out. They tell you 3-5 business days and you will have your money back, well is has been over a week and when my husband called to day, this is our 3rd call to see where our money is and we keep being told it has been released. He gets told today from a "manager" that they talked to the CC company and asked them to release the funds which we were told had already been done. So 7 days later we still do not have our $100.00 deposit back and we were told that it would be another 3-5days. So I I am not sure what is going on but we keep getting the run around on our $100.00 deposit which we would like back.

Real fast was great. Location is easily accessible to interstate and nearby restaurants. PC beach is about 20 min away, easy drive. If you are looking for food places, Flounders is great, but boy is it’s hot! as all of the seating is outdoor. Great atmosphere though. Quietwater Beach is nice, it is also along the boardwalk there with other shops and things to do. Family friendly.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the last 4 years. This hotel is always very clean and the workers are extremely nice. They are helpful and it's always a pleasant stay. The breakfast is a great variety to choose from and the pool is always clean. The rooms are so comfortable and if there's something wrong they will try their best to accommodate.

The only complaint I have is they don't have a hot tub anymore....so really isn't a complaint just a "I wish they still had it"

Free breakfast which was awesome and a big thanks to the women who cooked setup and made sure everything was stocked. She worked hard keeping it stocked and cleaned. Front desk man that wears hat was very friendly and professional. Staff was friendly.

Bed was hard and lumpy. Drawers in room when putting your clothes in them would never completely shut. It seemed to be the weight of clothes in the drawers that was causing it.

First and foremost, Amber was a true professional, represented herself and the property to the utmost. Otherwise, the cost of the accommodations, compared to others, in my opinion was a little pricey. The property was clean with modern decor and architect, etc. The property was safe and we were comfortable. Last but not least, the location was sufficient and accessible.

In my opinion, the cost was on the high side. The breakfast period should be untill 11. Bacon, sausage, grits every day would be appreciated.

The staff was amazing all around: the Desk staff, the cleaning staff, the breakfast lady, even the maintenance people!! They were so helpful and friendly! The breakfast was the best I've seen in awhile...so many choices and delicious! (Eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, biscuits, danishes, bagels, cereals, and fruit, etc.) There is an indoor pool but I was too busy to try it. The beds were comfortable. The AC worked well. It was very clean.

Well, they say the room was 375 square feet, but I would estimate it to be about 300 sf. Also, there was a desk, TV stand, and microwave/fridge, but only one very small night stand between the 2 queen beds, and there was very little surface space to just sit something like a book or other personal items. The bathroom was supplied, but small. The decor was basic, but tasteful. It was a good value for the area for what we paid, however.

2nd time staying here. The rooms are spacious. I love having a separate bedroom area from the living room area. How late the pool stays open. It’s open one hour later than usual for adults. I believe until midnight which is nice.

My first stay the room was spotless. This time wasn’t as clean. The shower rod was loose which I notice a lot in hotels. They’re in the process of removing the hot tub. It looks trashy and could be hazard (it was blocked off but there’s always a chance someone can get hurt) with how deep the hole is.

Staff was very friendly. They had free coffee, tea, and cookies all day. Kept the breakfast bar stocked and clean.

When I called the man that answered the phone was rude. He didn't listen to nothing I had to say. He hung the phone up. While I was trying to talk. He never gave me a chance to speak. Tried to call back and he answered again saying he was very busy and hung up on me again.

Staff was nice. My room didn't have a tv remote and they were quick to provide one. They answered my questions with professionalism.

My company is tax exempt and the owner of this hotel refuses to take the taxes off the bill. I have stayed at other hotels and had no problem with this in the past. I think this practice is against the law, and I may have to pay out of my own pocket for the tax, so that's something to consider when booking.
