Easy to get to, clean comfortable rooms great value. very friendly staff. price is aligned for what it is not overcharging like all other hotels.

Couldn’t fault it, great hotel

The staff were friendly and hotel was clean in the lobby.

There was a weird smell in our room the whole stay. While first appearances the room looks clean, there were fingerprints all over the tv and on head boards. Bathroom needs some paint and looked worn compared to the rest of the room. The floors are really nice until you are on the first floor and you have kids running around above you then you wish there was carpet again!

this is a gorgeous hotel with all the details attended to for the type of hotel that it is. all the decor and the remodel is beautiful and everything is clean and shiny. The pool is lovely. if i could imagine a perfect hotel for the price, this would be it. The staff is very helpful and friendly. landscaping is very well done. It is a very pleasant place to stay. We would definitely stay here again, this would be the affordable go-to spot in Pensacola.

not a damn thing. It was perfect for the price and wouldn’t expect anything more. there’s literally nothing to complain about.

Reserved this room, last minute. Arrived to hotel about 3:20pm, room was paid for in advance so I signed my room agreement, paid $100 deposit and was in our room within minutes. We drove 3 hrs to be with our daughter, son n law, and 3 grandchildren. They stopped by the hotel to swim and visit with Mimi and PawPaw and the staff didn't say a word. This is my new favorite hotel!! For the price...the rooms were clean, facility itself was clean and smelled like lysol the moment I walked in. The pool area was clean and inviting...all around great hotel.

The packaged honey buns and muffins for breakfast were really disappointing. Water pressure in shower is disappointing to the point, I thought i was going to lose water all together at one point. I hate mentioning but I'm a nurse and work with people all day every day. Though the 2 ladies at the desk did their jobs efficiently, their personalities were extremely off-putting. I felt extremely uncomfortable as if she couldn't get me away from the front desk fast enough.

I loved how the room was set up, how big and spacious the room was, and the staff was very friendly as well. The room was so nice that nobody wanted to leave. All in all, it was a very beautiful experience for the anniversary I catered and helped to decorate. I know that they told me they will most likely be coming back again, and that this was an amazing stay!

The only thing I disliked was that the hot tub wasn't as clean when we got there, and the jets in the tub were too powerful and doesn't work that good. Water was splashing everywhere and they had to turn the jets off to have a calm, relaxing bath. However, some hot tubs don't have a choice when it comes to the speed and motion of the jets, and they enjoyed themselves regardless. Since you're also spending $200 a night, I wish that they had more amenities to go with the room for romantic stays. Room service and more special features would've made this stay more worthwhile. Other than that, it was excellent!

The staff was AMAZING and super extra nice. It makes a big difference. Pet friendly. Light breakfast. Easy check in & out. Beds are comfortable. Clean.

The beds have metal pieces coming out from the bed frame. Only 2 rooms available for family with pets. I was lucky that night to get one for us and our service dog.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel looks and feels clean. Even the on-site laundry was clean. I was very impressed for the price.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing but there was a Scooter’s Coffee across the street with excellent coffee and breakfast burritos.

Clean and comfortable

Arrived 40 minutes after booking a deluxe king on the ground floor and was told they didn’t have any more. Ended up with two queens. Still comfortable, but I don’t know whether the Hotel gave away our booking, or Booking.com sold us a non-existent room.

extremely good value for the price. the rooms were very clean and the smell was fantastic. my wife and I traveled for 33 days out west this past fall. we stayed in some costly hotels and some not so costly. this was the best value of that entire trip.

The beds were hard and the breakfast was very minimalistic.

The room was very clean and appeared to be recently remodeled. The staff was exceptionally friendly and really made us feel welcome. I can't remember the name of the young lady working the front desk Saturday evening 2/26, but she deserves recognition for making our stay very enjoyable. My son really enjoyed the pool as well. Would highly recommend.

I have no complaints to speak of.
