Front desk staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. I believe her name started with a T. She had blonde hair and was the best front desk staff I have ever encountered. (My family and I have stayed at many hotels) She went above and beyond for us all.

We had an issue with the bathroom door but we made the staff aware of it. We liked it all and will stay again.

Friendly staff and very very comfortable beds. Spacious rooms. Very quiet and comfortable. Great coffee. The girls here make awesome coffee. Powder creamer isn’t my thing but the good coffee rocked compared to other places that only have a hint of coffee in their hot water. Great having a fridge and microwave too. Great prices too. We stayed the first night of vacation and last here to extended our vacation for cheap. We spent the week at Surf and Sand at Pensacola Beach. Definitely doing this again every time.

There was some mold coming through the paint in the bathroom above the door. That was a little concerning but not terrible. Everything else was clean and very comfortable. If your tv isn’t working, it’s easy to fix. Select source and use the channel or volume buttons on the right side of the television to select the correct source. Quick and easy, bam!

the new cash deposits and the fact there is even a deposit for locals. it’s not fair that because I live here but want to get away from my parents house without my kids for a night (I’m 32 and have 2 young children with me living at my parents) that I have to pay extra

Clean room, sheets, bathroom, bed frames, carpet.... Very Nice! The Staff member that checked me IN was so SWEET and nice. I really liked her.

Not much really... I had a room on the back of the building, and there were some people who appeared shady who lived/stayed there... Being said, I spoke to them and their kidSSSS, who ran in front of my car, and they seemed very nice... Kool people. They didn't keep up noise or nothing. So not really a problem.

The staff was friendly and the room was cheap. You could tell they have been trying to make the hotel look better, but still plenty to do.

There is a huge silicone patch in the shower and the chair was stained. There was also hair in the shower and cigarette burns in the sheets.

THANKS The lady that check me and my son in was so nice my son just gotten out of Hospital his mind been a little mixed up she was so good with him and it was very quiet close to eating places and we was able to just stand outside of our room and walk around i was very please with the place and location THANKS

Location to interstate. It was a quick drive to the public beach. The surroundings were inviting and I was not worried about my safety.

Pool water was not clear, couldn't see through it at all. The room was remodeled but the hardware was not changed.

Room wasn’t clean (crumbs on table, and tv area), rented as a smoking room, but no ashtray

A person or persons in the room beside me were smoking weed. I didn’t call it in and complain because I felt like there was nothing they could do… Weed doesn’t really bother me but I hate the smell.
