Front desk staff awesome above and beyond expectations might have to stay here for the holidays and my birthday and they make me feel more than welcome to my hat to the staff pretty much all staff and maze as well the headmaid as well she's a job she helps me you need to be out I can ask anything and I have never get turned down and rejected or look that crazy lady and answer the question again they should be accommodated very well for this holiday season because it's service like this is what you call true southern hospitality

The staff

It was a lot better than I had read in the reviews. My plane was late and they went out of their way to get in touch with me. I had a cat and a dog with me and no extra charge. The room was spotless! The.bedding was clean and smelled very fresh. The tv worked and was on...a nice touch. The room was also cooled. It had a fridge and microwave that were also cleaned and working. I don't understand why this place does not have higher ratings. It was also only 87 dollars tax included for two beds.

The beds were soooooo comfortable. They were welcoming to my dog. All of the staff was very nice and friendly.

Didn't love the young adults playing hide n seek at midnight... but other than that it was a nice place Remember it's a days in so it's not perfect but for what it was we would def go back!

Did not charge deposit and staff was very professional and friendly as well as helpful. My bag actually broke and my belongings fell and one of the housekeepers went out of her way to grab another bag and help me get my belongings in the new bag and my dog loved her too she was amazing! Thank you!!! By the way loved your hot pink nails you rockin them! <3

We did not have breakfast at the motel. We had gift cards given to us for meals out at breakfast time.

The floors in our room were dirty. You could not see the dirt until you hopped into the shower and your feet got wet. I thought I had dirt on my feet, but in checking my feet when we arrived in the room, they were clean. But 20 minutes later when I got into the shower, I had dirty foot prints in the bathtub.

Staff was pleasant. Grounds were clean. Pool looked great. Plenty of parking. Water pressure was good.

The loud radio at the pool from 7p-10p. Dealing in the parking lot. And people driving through the parking lot like it's a race track. My card being double charged and no one knew why. Tried blaming my bank. It was corrected but not without a long process & time on the phone.

Very family friendly and animal friendly do need signs for people to clean up after their pets

People not cleaning up after their pets my son stepped in dog poop 2 times and cigarette butts everywhere

The room was clean and the staff was nice.

We were disappointed in the bathroom. The fan did not work, so the room was very humid after a shower. Even worse, the plumbing under the sunk was broken, so water poured out onto the floor whenever we used the sink. Noisy people outside woke us up a few times between midnight and 4am, but we fell back asleep quickly.

Breakfast lunch and dinner good places to eat. And all the buses are convenient.

The hotel they accept dogs and I am a dog lover too but however they should not allow dogs in all hotels because of the noise level can be disturbing for people who are trying to sleep
