Fairfield Inn & Suites Homestead Florida City

Location was very convenient for a 1 night stop, making it possible to check out the everglades. Lots of restaurants within a short drive,. Beds were good, everything was really new and well-kept.

The area directly adjecent to the hotel is boring - parkings and other hotels. Not inviting for a walk. You definitely need a car to get around. Breakfast could be better. Nothing was fresh, all was pre-packed (muffins, waffles), one slow toaster. Which is a shame, for such a big hotel and with a dedicated person for the breakfast bar, we felt it could easily be made a little better to match the overall quality of the hotel. Now, it kind of pulls down the experience a bit.

a. False Fire alarm wake up us up at midnight, and we lost our night sleep, I hope I get a credit refund for one night

It was clean

The tv didn’t work. I called they said maintenance was gone they would send tomm to see about fixing it. I said so what do I watch in the mean time. She didn’t say anything. So a few mins later I called and asked to be moved so she did. That should have been get reply from the beginning.

This brand always ensure good quality standards and a cost-effective stay for travellers. Rooms are comfortable and clean, well equiped. This hotel also offered a free guest laudry and I really appreciated this unique attention given to the guests (Thank you!)

The breakfast was quite basic and not everything was ready at the promised time for those who have to leave early to reach other destinations.

Everything! This was a fantastic stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. We're early risers and they got our morning coffee started early for us. The room was clean & comfortable. Will definitely stay again if I come back to this area.

We have stayed here previously & loved everything. It was all still excellent except the breakfast.

very disappointed in the breakfast; the eggs were like fried rubber, shaved fat instead of bacon, no biscuits/gravy - only stale bagels and the orange juice was so bitter from being diluted down to go further! Very sad state of breakfast here now!

Overall very good experience. Bed & bathroom were wonderful. Efficient use of space. Friendly staff except for one, but she was efficient. Hairdryer was great.

Need better lighting by desk & TV area. Lack of closet not great for a long stay. Breakfast was very disappointing. Boiled eggs & cold sausage! Also wasn’t replenished after 8 AM.

Good cheaper alternative to the Keys to bring your boat to explore the Tropical reefs from key Biscayne to Key Largo.. Very laid back clean hotel with a very good daily breakfast to fuel our Activities!

Them running out of half n half for coffee ..not a big deal..they had milk

Laundry says 75 min for drying and 59 min for washing way too long and also only one dryer worked so waited a long time and soap for laundry took two dollars in quarters and didn’t give soap front desk man refunded us but was a hassle.

The hotel was very clean and recently renovated. Good size room and bathroom. Nice decoration. TV size was very big. Free parking and a good breakfast. We had a very nice stay.

Checking in and out The Ladies were not welcoming. They were rude. It's was a shame that the hotel was very nice but that staff was not.
