Clean and nice . Close to the convention center

The employees and manager did not know where are the personal packages delivered. The staff asked to find security by myself and we found the security and he was kind and said he will deliver it to Front desk . When we went to grant desk the staff let us at the back of reception to pick our packages . 2 off us just took it without signing or the manager or staff checking . The supervisor came and yelled at us not to be at the back of the reception. I told her we were asked to come by the her staff in-front of her and why is she yelling i from off guest and staff . Unpleasant experience with that kind of supervisor and managers . Staff who check us in was really kind .

Not what I expected from looking at the pictures online I thought it would have been nicer.

No breakfast was provided at this location. Room size and view were very good.

Sanitation in the bathroom needs more attention. Sink had a build up of grime under the ledge. Corners in the bathroom had a build up of something and the carpet felt damp near the air conditioner. No sure if that is normal for this region??

The greeting we received when we arrived was fantastic 😀 the Supervisor and her team was wonderful we stayed one night for our wedding anniversary and the outpouring of Love was great! I would recommend this place to my friends and family . The restaurant on site was great breakfast and dinner were both delicious. Thank you for a wonderful experience . Also, the staff went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you for the anniversary dessert 🥰

Room was just right, comfortable bed and had been improved since the last time we had visited. The port view was really good. Breakfast was not good, locations changed and variety of food limited for the price and type of hotel.

Breakfast, Obviously a problem because of the refurbishment of the old restaurant. Staff did their best but choice was limited and there were no cooked tomatoes or mushrooms.

The accommodation and setting was very good.

The service was disgusting! had to wait in queues at the Poolside Bar for drinks every time, and also at the coffee shop in the reception area. Lack of staff!! Kevin, one the people at reception, was extremely rude!! I asked him why the queue were so long to get a coffee, and his reply was "should have got their earlier!!" Very disappointing .

Everything at the hotel was great.

Booking.com, however, utterly failed as, despite my requests for July 1st-2nd, I was boked for the following weekend. And though I spent nearly 2 hours on the phone with your customer service representative who reassured me that the correction was made, HILTON required that I pay them directly for the room.

Every staff member we met was friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate, had completely updated furniture and carpeting, rainshower showerhead, and a very comfortable king-sized bed. The outdoor bar was fun and had delicious cocktails. The restaurant was good enough for a quick bite, if a bit overpriced. Also loved that we were able to catch a shuttle from the lobby to take us to the cruise port for only $8 per person.

The bathroom is a textbook example of fashion over function. For example, the door to the bathroom has translucent tiles that let ALL of the light from the bathroom into the bedroom, which is extremely jarring to your sleeping partner if you have to get up in the middle of the night to use it. The walk-in shower, while tastefully appointed with a rainshower head and dark blue subway tile, does an extremely poor job of draining water effectively, with much of it spilling into the main bathroom floor. The mirror also has a built-in dimmer switch on the mirror itself, which is inconveniently placed opposite the toilet. Finally, much of the furniture in the otherwise lovely public area between the pool and restaurant was covered in bird droppings.

We encountered some airline problems, our flight home was canceled and the front desk was very compassionate to our predicament. We really loved out room the first night and the staff did their best to provide us with the additional nights for our new flight home.

Prices at the restaurant were much higher than we expected.

Great location and hotel. The last few Hiltons have been pretty bad so this was nice. The only problem was the construction and limitations related to it were a complete surprise. It would have been nice to have been made aware.
