Beautiful hotel, close enough to the beach for us but right in the middle of restaurant and shopping. We loved it, breakfast is amazing and huge. Staff was rude and annoyed/helpful, for what the guests pay and the accommodations we definitely were surprised by the attitudes of front desk staff each time.. the pool is beautiful and kids loved it. Would maybe stay again , love everything but the people definitely throw off the vibe and overall package of it so maybe not.

The only problem which was a big one was the front desk staffs demeanor. From check in to check out- we were there for a week in a family suite. Not cheap and our Florida Vacation and we were not happy with their abrupt responses and dismiveness. It seemed the norm as we heard others too, not sure the hotel and its beautiful accommodations and all makes up for them.

Location to our conference, made to order breakfast, shuttle service, pool and hot tub, numerous restaurants within walking distance.

The price of the shuttle service seemed to vary from day to day even though we were going to the same location everyday, one day when we couldn't locate a shuttle driver we asked the valet for some information and he replied that it wasn't his job, I would think all employees would value customer service. It was much cheaper for us to use Uber or lyft going to the airport, lyft was $12 total and the shuttle service wanted $12 a person. The made to order breakfast seemed to be out of a lot of items early in the service, stayed 6 days, I was able to have milk 1 day and OJ 1 day, all other days I had to have apple juice. Way to many kids allowed to play in the hot tub.

Loved the location, staff friendliness, and generosity. I sent a personal note to ask for early accommodation as we arrived at 7 a.m. and the check-in was not until 4 p.m. Even though I received a response by email that it was not possible, when we arrived we were allowed to check in immediately and to enjoy a wonderful breakfast! Clean sheets, comfortable bed. Great AC system in the room. Good furniture! An opportunity to actually stay in a suite was phenomenal. Absolutely wonderful elevators and ambiance downstairs - so green, bridges, plants, very nice. I would like to acknowledge Kathleen (Reception Desk Operator) - WONDERFUL! and JEFF - Concierge services. He gave the best recommendations. Other activities to explore while there: 1. Water taxi 2. Hugh Taylor Birch State Park (Station #8 Water taxi) 3. Bonnett Gardens (Historical and beautiful) 4. Flamingo Gardens

there were a couple of things that were dated in the room. For example, a mirror was misaligned, and it is time to upgrade to a normal AC in the bathrooms - the one we had was quite loud.

Breakfast was nice, wish they could leave coffee station open longer. Also, in order to enjoy nice weather, could the pool area or outdoor seating area remain open after 8pm ? Groups of patrons were asked to leave restaurant, pool area, & outdoor sitting area as it closed at 8 each evening.

Longer restaurant hours and expanded menu. Also, could the Iguana’s be relocated?

Buffet breakfast, swimming pool, comfortable rooms, happy hour, friendly staff.

Excessively high parking fees.

Location to the Port of Everglades, within walking distance to shops, our room was clean and the woman who checked us in was exceptional! Customer Service was great!.

The restaurant was overwhelmed when we went down to get a bite to eat. It got even busier when the Happy Hour started. We ordered dinner, it was mediocre, nothing to rave about. Our friend’s pizza was horrible, the cheese tasted bad. She returned it after a few bites. The manager did give her a 50% discount. We had an early morning flight and our shower was cold. Our friend’s said the same thing.

I didn’t like the placement of my room. It was back in the dark end of a hallway beside the stairs. There were other rooms available at the time. It was just for one night so I didn’t say anything. It must be common to put solo women in the less likeable rooms. The Embassy Suites in Charelston tried to stick me in the same room a few years ago. But I was staying all week so I protested and got a much better, brighter room. Those dark alley rooms should be considered last minute rooms, and not be used for full paying guests.

Great location for cruise port, nearby shops & restaurants. Spacious rooms, Nice little pool area with happy hour drinks Good fast internet, Nice freshly cooked breakfasts. Staff were accommodating with check in & out times

Cleanliness of rooms poor & rooms are quite dated. Poor shower pressure Understaffed reception only one person on desk.

Great location, next to shopping center with grocery store, restaurants, etc! Close to the port and they have shuttles to the port for a small fee. Pool was nice too.

There is no daily cleaning or restocking of your room. We were there for 4 days and had to hunt down more in room coffee, face clothes, etc.. Second night the front desk clerk wrote down my needs and would have housekeeping bring them up. They never showed. After 2.5 hours of waiting, I found a stored housekeeping cart and took what I needed so I could go to bed at 9:30 and have my in room coffee in the morning.

The property was very beautiful, plenty to do in walking distance of the hotel, & everything was very clean. The room we received was very big & was very comfortable! staff was very attentive & the complimentary meals didn’t disappoint!

We were kicked out of the pool early one evening by a staff member that seemed to be irritated & was kind of rude to the guests. From our understanding the public pool closes at 9 & we were ushered out around 8:20, which was kind of disappointing. The staff member mumbled that everyone needed to get our & when some people were still in the pool he proceeded to say “okay.. thank you.. out of the water now please..” very sarcastically & rude like. this is my only complaint.
