a little pricey for a one night stay, no valet parking for trucks, and no handicap parking close. The garage will not handle a big truck or van, so self parking and long walk for handicap people is unacceptable.

the room was comfortable and I was really pleased and appreciative that they allowed us to check-in early. Enjoyed the poker room since it was non smoking (at least no one was smoking when I was there) and they had a lot of tables going so the wait to play was short.

the smoking - the casino stinks. They shouldn't allow smoking. The cigars were the worst smelling. Everything is so expensive - $3.50 for a bottle of water is steep and it's hard to find healthy food and drink (I couldn't find an unsweetened iced tea) - everything was soda or sweetened beverages.

Pool area is beautiful.

I had a wonderful night I got married on Saturday evening so I spend my honeymoon with you guys on Saturday night I was expecting my room to be a little more fancy but overall it was okay my bed comforter was not comfortable the room was very clean the staff was very friendly very helpful the room service I order the young lady was very well mannered even when we checked out and we're going outside the housekeeper was so so sweet the way she approaches and talked to us I mean she was excellent and I just want to say thank you thank you I enjoy my stay and I will definitely come back another day my honeymoon night was perfect and I want to say thank you

Our stay was 5 days our room was not cleaned the entire stay and yes we requested it to be clean. We also had to request clean towels

the Hard Rock Hotel pool was closed most of our stay due to a Sports Illustrated event which we we not informed about prior to our stay. in addition the Oasis pool was also closed for a while on the second day which left the Guitar Hotel pool which was packed due to the other pools being closed.

our room was very nice overlooking the pool. excellent service at pool, restaurants, etc.

grabbing a bite to eat before the concert was terrible. we waited because they were understaffed and unfortunately my order was wrong. we loved the Hard Rock Live…excellent seats and service was great. However they didn’t close the doors and continued to allow lots of people to come to their seats. this was very distracting. seen many Van Morrison concerts at other venues and the doors were closed at 8:00.

Was good, enough food and good preparation, it’s a bit expensive but good quality

The pools are not fun for kids, just one slide and there are not enough chairs so you have to walk a lot to get a spot. When you have that spot, bar service is not paying much attention so it’s difficult to consume.

Everything was amazing. Great restaurants. amazing staff. the guitar is such an amazing view. the pool is my favorite part . You enjoy the view of the guitar and there is different sections depending your style for you to choose in the pool location .

that the pool closes at 6. you can’t enjoy the view of the guitar since it’s close

Accommodations excellent but looking out of my window the pool hot tub looked dirty with algae and debris at the Hotel tower pool. The Guitar Pool was off the hook I used that pool instead of the Tower Pool. We definitely will be making more visits

As I said the hot tub was dirty with algae and debris. Honestly it might have been closed but I could see it from the 11th floor window
