very simply….put some damn water bottles in the room. for $999 a night, they could at least put a bottle of water in the room😡

Expensive to stay but enjoyed overall. Room had zero info on what restaurants were open. Where was a pamphlet or binder with information about the property? We found out how much we missed when leaving. The small Keurig coffee machine did not work in our room. Paper left on room with toilet—-not great when you’re paying over $600.00 to stay. The Italian restaurant made up for the negatives but rooms should be absolutely clean and checked out for items that don’t work anymore.

The property is just amazing! Such a good vibe. Exactly what you would expect from a Hard Rock Property in Miami.

Check in was a nightmare after a 15 hour flight. We were kept waiting for over an hour whilst an issue was solved between the hotel and booking.com (which we were informed happens regularly). Initially we were asked to resolve it ourselves but eventually the Hard Rock team stepped up, however, we were sat on the floor in a corner of the lobby during the whole process and this should have been handled better. If the problem is so regular I am not sure why this platform is still utilised by the hotel or the issue is not resolved.

Room cleaning service, not s cleaning the room or change towels. We had to comment more than once. The staff was not service minded at all. We didn't take into account that this is a hotel with free cigarette smoking everywhere The pools are very crowded and there is not Enough seating.

No housekeeping services were provided- I bought 15 nights ( five rooms x 3 nights) - I understand staffing issues… but there should have been a discount for no room cleaning.

wonderful property, beautifully maintained with wonderful design, spacious rooms, and a ton of amenities. A bit pricey, but totally worth it for the experience. we came to see a concert at the facility, and were blown away by how easy it was to see the concert and then get back to our room. The casino was super fun, bars everywhere with great drinks, and the food was fantastic.

The facilities were amazing including all the pool areas and the spa too.

I didn't like the fact that there are no water fountains to refill bottles. To be expected to buy a bottle of water every time you need water ie whilst sitting at the pool, is fundamentally wrong. It should be provided at all times. As it is not provided, it becomes very expensive just to remain hydrated!!

The check in was easy the checkout was easier! There was more than enough to do within the hotel without leaving.

THE ROOMS SHOULD HAVE A MICROWAVE!!! We had to take our own luggage down when we checked out because the Bellman would have been a 30 minute wait. Then we also had to wait 20 minutes to get our vehicle from Valet parking. The customer service at the HARD ROCK CAFE was POOR! We ate there twice during our stay and both waitress barely came to our table and they were rude when they did. One even tried to tell us how much of a tip to leave! The worker at the Constant Grind Guita ice cream shop was very rude too! She left us standing there and she wasn't helping anyone else...we finally had to get the manager to serve us and she was AWESOME! Very friendly and courteous! Área was perfect. The employee very good as a Spanish speaker family has nice balance of the employee talk our language. The meal very good. But will like more child ammenities in the future. The pool close too early. Because the space for casino is great but if you want balance for family need son other attraction
