La Quinta Inn and Suites Fort Myers I-75

Not much to say the questionnaire covered it the place has undergone a change of hands and has made some improvement. Hired more staff though there are a few that are not so good at their job. But my favorite person Andrea is back at front counter. Always smiles and says hello and knows her guests which helps a lot as I am a regular I stay usually twice a month.

Their maintenance department could use a hand there are some issues. Like I said I stay twice a month so I've been in several different rooms in this place probably more than the average person and 9 out of 10 of the rooms that I've stayed in there's something wrong with the shower head there's problems with toilets and almost every door to every room sticks to the point where you have to force your way in with even with your key you have to give it a good shove so the only thing I don't like about the place is the maintenance needs to be kept up a little bit better and one time I was there shower head felt completely off had to go to the front desk and get a new one

When the shower needed attention to get working, Maintenance came right over and spent over one hour to get it to come on. The breakfast is quite good and the employee who runs it, Maria, was wonderful, very clean and on top of things. Staff is helpful especially TaiQuisha, Andrea & Jeremiah :-D

More handicapped rooms are needed with roll-in shower for disabled access. Hard to get the first floor. Also, my room key was quite difficult to get the door open, usually needed help. Room smelled a bit musty upon check in due to older carpets.

The front desk staff are always so helpful an hard working for there guest, Alex the GM is fantastic at helping her guest an staff .t the front desk manager is the greatest she is so helpful an always is trying her best to serve her guest in any way possible., Evedie sorry if I spelled it wrong.is a great manager who is always attending to the needs of his guest. Kimberly in housekeeping is hard working and always very friendly to her guest, Mattie on housekeeping is hard working an always trying to make sure she greets her guest when she sees them. Miss Farah has been very I'll from my Last few stays I hope her cute little face gets well soon her face is very missed by her guest . Maria is the most hard working positive breakfast lady .. nill the night time maintenance guy is always so friendly and works hard to insure his guest have a clean disinfected place an if something is wrong or their is a problem he does his best to address it an if he can fix it he will do so .. Mr Stefen is the most friendly helpful front desk ever he is all shifts an he is always so kind an so positive even in the stress or mess he is held together very well .. the new over night girl is so sweet I will get her name an mention it in my next review. Rooms need much updating remodeling for location. Maybe so walkie talkies for staff to have so it would be easier to reach out . Staff is great.. thank you for all you do for your guest .. no matter if it is the smallest thing or big thing we appreciate your dedication an customer service.without customer service an understanding

Staff is great t the daytime manager is great. Stefen is the best .he makes the best coffee for his guest. beautiful Farah is quiet an just cute as a button very helpful as well.. Maria breakfast person is always so friendly and leaves the most positive messages for her guest. Alexa is most helpful Eddie is funny an the most important one is the maintenance person from 3:00 to 11:00 he's hard working and dedicated to his guests keeps the floors vacuumed and disinfected clean I love it when he's here 3 to 11:00. Could use some updating remodeling but with the pandemic it's understandable. Put all in all front desk staff are great the breakfast stuff are awesome and the maintenance guy from 3:00 to 11:00 I can't remember his name but he's great.

I love the front desk staff who are about there guest.. they are helpful friendly .we have Stefen, Farah who I hope is better she was out sick the last time hope to see her when I return. Alexa is helpful an cares about her guest an there concerns or input. T is the best day shift manager who really listens to your needs an always try's the best for her guest. Kimberly in housekeeping is great, Mattie the other house keeper these two work hard an give there Guest the best greetings . I miss Maria's positive greetings an messages to her guest little messages written this is so warm an inviting in the morning.. nill the night maintenance guy always makes sure everything smells so nice an clean an is always making sure it's clean from trash an cleaning hallways an fixing something when his guest ask him to right away.. he loves making people happy by helping them an making sure it is clean an nice for the guest.eddie is overnights I do believe. An he care about his guest. He goes above for his guest an if his guest have concerns he addresses them right away .as do all the front desk staff I enjoy staying here because of their customer service... If not for these employees here and there customer service that are mentioned above were not here we would not be repeated customers...

The rooms are larger than most hotels you didn't have to ask for your upgrades they were given to you on Super 8 the staff were well-groomed courteous and truly was concerned about your stay unlike Howard Johnson I wish all the La Quinta hotels the same standards as Quinta at the airport in Fort Myers that La Quinta Inn Fort Myers does not live up to the standard of this Resort so don't stay there Northern Super 8 do yourself and your family a favor come to La Quinta Airport you won't regret it. The employee that takes care of the continental breakfast here that is included is wonderful Pleasant and takes pride in her job as well as all staff except one. I can't say enough about this hotel you just got to come and enjoy it. They make booking.com look good not all hotels take such Pride in their jobs and your stay. I give it a 10 on top of a 10 I do not leave reviews ever but I have to this point for this hotel and the employees and management they have worked and catered to my needs 100% without an argument I would refer all family and friends to this location it's worth the extra Drive while you're here in Fort Myers. Everything. Especially the young lady that takes care of continental breakfast. She deserves top pay because she performs in her position as a top paid employee. The indoor pool it's a plus in Florida during the summer due to the rain and thunderstorms you can enjoy it at any time of the day. The only thing that would make it better would be a retractable roof I know I'm reaching for the stars there but that's the only thing - I can find at this point to change.

Really warm indoor pool and nice temperature in hot tub, even though not necessary for South Florida. Location right off interstate and across from Rusty’s Raw bar and near stores and churches - perfect!

I booked a King room three months ahead of time and because of a desk clerk’s error had to settle for two double beds. Also there was an unfriendly pit bull walking around off leash in hotel hallways and the desk clerk seemed very unconcerned about it when it was addressed.

The suggestion I would have to make is that you might want to get radios walkies for your employees so they can reach each other an some updating is much much needed here for the location. But all in all very pleasant staff .they work hard for the guest .. I've stayed here several times and I would come back if the same staff that are mentioned were here thanks for all you do to help your guest

I like the fact that most of the staff know me by name as I am a regular. They are always friendly and although check in usually isn't until 3 p.m. if they have something available should I arrive early they go ahead and get me settled in.

There really isn't anything I don't like about the place. Except maybe the parking lot could be bigger. On one occasion I stayed and had to run to the store and upon returning there was not one space available so I had to park on the sidewalk.

I didn't realize if you paid cash for the room that you needed to deposit and the manager helped me out with that because I didn't have enough money to cover the deposit so she gave me a discount on the deposit which I thought was absolutely fabulous and totally saved my butt so I cannot thank her enough she was absolutely amazing to help me out that day I didn't bring my credit card that I had on file and then my other credit card unfortunately is in the bank vault so I didn't have time to get that one out so I just cannot thank her enough for helping me cuz it would have ruined my work vacation
