Breakfast was simple but whatever they offered was in a good condition, including fruits. Lady in the front desk was super supportive and helpful.
Pool was empty at maintenance.

Great stay in a brand new hotel. Excellent attention to details such as having refuse bags for my dog in a dog walk. Probably a bit expensive because of the holiday. But would expect it to be in the $120-150 a night normally. Best offer in downtown Ft Myers.

Being a new property, I was surprised by the lesser quality of bathroom features. Cheap commode, cheap shower head , low water pressure. Also bed was not as comfortable as at other Hampton Inns.

I liked the modern look, I also liked the location.
The mattress was very uncomfortable and the sound of the AC unit turning on and off was extremely loud and woke us up continuously throughout the nigh.

Everything was very good! Good location, nice rooms and facilities, very clean and comfortable, it looks new. Staff was friendly and helpful, and there was a nice breakfast. It was the perfect choice to visit Ft Myers.
