Easy check-in and beautiful Entrance. Very helpful and nice. The rooftop bar was amazing, and the staff had just the right personality to make you want to stay and spend $$. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. The view is amazing!

The water pressure is horrible. Then the towels are yucky, I've used sandpaper for wood projects that was softer than those towels. Complete disappointment. The sheets and the bedding were great. When we got ready to leave, it was a total mess on the public part of the 12th floor. Wine bottles and glasses all over the waiting area for the bar and going to the elevators.

Great location. Good facility. Clean well maintained facilities. Friendly staff. Parking option in house at a really fair price. Superb breakfast restaurant with very engaged staff. Quite business area allowing to switch on to work for a while.

everything was great my only complaint is the loud music outside of the hotel that kept me awake until 2:30-3 am , if they can address that big problem it’s literally the perfect property with the great location outstanding staff always ready to help.

Nothing, I had picked a room that had a wonderful view of the river, however it also had a view of the rooftop bar across the way. So the agent checking us in offered us another room also with a view but a better nights sleep. What a great suggestion!! We had a lovely nights sleep!

Location was good, being close to shops, bars, restaurants, etc. Breakfast good at Ella Maes. Nice dinner in restaurant. Friendly staff.

Pool and pool area are small and “tired” looking. Our door was left open after housekeeping cleaned room, which was concerning. Manager comped one night’s rate.

The view was outstanding. Greeted by a very wonderful staff. Offered a drink there at the desk before heading up to check into the room. Going to sleep and waking up the the 9th floor to the view of the bay and the yachts was great perfect. Our walk across the street to all the little alleys and streets with people having such a great time was the perfect little night out. Hotel is beautiful and you will love the entertainment by the bar. Would love to revisit.

We understand the need for the barn door on the bathroom to save room, but it limited privacy. Plus there was no bathroom fan .

I got a room with a partial River view. It was excellent. When we walked in the lobby, the hotel was lively. We went straight to our room but we were happy to know that if we wanted to be entertained we only needed to go to the lobby! For breakfast we went to the restaurant called Ella Mae and it was excellent as well.

There was nothing I didn’t like. Everything was wonderful. Great job!

Very clean and modern. Staff was very friendly. The room was beautiful with updated necessities and outlets. Our room had a beautiful view. Beds were very soft.

My 90yo mother hit her leg on the corner of the bed that sticks out. As a nurse this is a safety concern. The end of the bed is dark and blends on with the color of the bed. It’s real easy to hit and be a potential fall hazard. We did bring this up with the staff who sent bandaids and later had the medics check her out.

Our stay was great. The rooms are spacious, totally clean and very nice decor. The staff was very welcoming. The bar at the lobby offer great food and service. The main restaurant offers great food. Breakfast was excellent at a reasonable price. And the roof top lounge was amazing with great music , food and service.
