I loved how clean the room was and had every amenity you would need during traveling. The extra blanket in the closet was not comfortable but we always bring extra blankets so we worked it out .

We did not enjoy the breakfast that was advertised when we booked our room . we woke up to the fire alarm and we were not told by the staff to evacuate out ! A random guest knocked on our door to say we needed to evacuate so we were not able to eat breakfast but no one from the staff came out to say anything! we thought someone would call us to apologize or say something about what happened! We left after the fire truck came to the hotel ! We had to go finish getting dressed in a gas station parking lot and had breakfast somewhere else ! I would stay again because of the perfect room and amenities !

The bed was too hard for me, so I could not sleep well. Breakfast had a lot of variety, but too many carb-type foods that we could not eat. As Diabetics, it is difficult to find better protein meals. The blanket from our closet had a pink stain on it. But, it was usable. The toilet and shower area is quite tight and hard to enter since the door is so close to the toilet.

Location & breakfast was excellent! The only thing I didn’t like was I had to keep getting up to turn the AC on it was cutting off all the night other than that everything was perfect Rome was very cool. Specially, the bathroom just the way I like it will definitely be staying again. Thank you for your service.

I never had breakfast there. I will say that the bed was one of the most comfortable bed for me than I'd ever slept on. Actually, I was anxious to find out who the manufacturer was to no avail.

After being there one, when I returned to my room the bed was not made. The second day when I returned, the towels were replaced the waste basket was emptied but the bed was not made and the supply of cups was not replaced. The third day I tried dialing every extension and not one was answered. I kept looking down the hallway to see if a maids' cart was there. Finally, the maid showed up and I got the cups.

We had a wonderful experience. The room was perfect the bed, sheets, pillows. The only thing that was annoying was the air conditioner it was so loud, loud !! That was our biggest complaint. Your front desk staff are excellent!

Loved the location as it pertained to our needs. The breakfast was good enough to be considered an actual breakfast, because many are not. I hate that I can’t remember the name of our hostess/clerk. She was as good as it gets. She was very polite and accommodating, 100% what you’d like to have represent your brand.

Nothing about the property. The price was higher than I’d like, but that seems to be everywhere.

The room was very spacious, definitely worth a little extra to have a couch and sitting area. Beds are comfortable, breakfast is awesome every morning. The staff was mostly nice and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!!!

One lady was rude to my husband but it is what it is.

I liked everything about the hotel. There was a dry cleaners receipt left in the room and hair in one of the towels LOL but I would take that over the experience I had just had at the Baymont @airport any day. From here on out this is where I stay.

breakfast wag great, nice variety. location was easy to get anywhere. liked that it didnt have alot of other buildings near it (that congested feeling) so it was very safe feeling and quiet from highway and regular traafic

a simple on site restaurant and microwave in room. was great to have laundry service

Location and amenities were great. I liked where our room was located, at the end of the hall. Breakfast options were good. Exchanged towels willingly during our 1 week stay.

When we checked in an additional charge was on the bill that was not explained to me. The Front Desk person just handed me the keys to our room and did not explain the amenities except for breakfast. In contacting the front desk about the charges, the next clerk was courteous but just assumed I understood why they were charging for possible damages to the room that should come off. When I pursued other questions about the hotel, he wanted to end the conversation sooner than I did. Pleasant but curt. I wish the suite we stayed in had a little more room. Cracked bathroom sink and worn out counter tops where bar/refrigetator were located.
