Triple suite was perfect for our family.

the room was the perfect size
the room wasn’t clean there was pool closed and didn’t open until we checked out which was the main reason I booked the room

Multiple lamps not working. Tub didn't appear to be clean. Doesn't drain well at all. Hairdryer didn't work. Left with barely any toilet paper. Wall paper peeling off. Room and hallways didn't smell good.

I didn’t ask for a quiet room when I booked . Breakfast was adequate .
The building in which we stayed was quite dingy and paint was flaking in places and was obvious to show no one has vacuumed in a while . Very disappointing

The young man at the front desk was helpful and courteous and really tried to accommodate us when we requested a room change.
The heat was not on when we arrived. The unit never warmed up enough to be comfortable amd the bathtub was dirty. We requested a different room but the jeat wouldn't even turn on in that unit. The bed was hard. There were no extra blankets in the room. We left by 6:30 the next morning because we were cold the entire night.

My room had horrible cobwebs all over with spiders! Lots of spiders! The kitchenette was filthy sink had old food in it. Microwave and freezer hadn't been cleaned in forever. Sheets had stains and pillows smelled horrible. Two of the rooms on my hall had kids who ran up and down the hallway all night nocking on all the doors.

The price
The hotel was incredibly understaffed which resulted in long waits for basic things like bedding (that was not provided with my room to begin with) and towels. Totally unprovoked, the night staff was rude to me. I was very understanding of their personnel shortages and got attitude from the person at the front desk for no reasons and waited over an hour for sheets.
