Beautiful scenery

That I paid full price for a spa hotel and when I checked in I found out the spa was under renovation. Also I ordered dinner from restaurant in hotel. Filet mignon with asparagus and fingerling potatoes. The steak had no seasoning in it at all. Like they just threw it in the oven and cooked it. The fingerling potatoes. We're dried out and roasted without any seasoning either. Ice machine on my floor was broken. I called in the morning for water and coffee for my room and 3 hours later I still didn't have coffee. I get that they may be short staffed. But they shouldn't be charging the full Spa hotel price. It is a beautiful hotel and the views were magnificent

we loved the location and the view from the property. The staff were very friendly.

The beds are really uncomfortable. We also spent a lot of time by the pool and it was not clean. I saw plastic cups by the pool for a few hours and the employees by the pool did not pick them up.

The view was gorgeous. We were able to see view of the pool, ocean and the Causeway bridge. The view from our room allowed us to see manatees, dolphins and a shark. But, the sunset during a storm was breath taking.

We were not allowed to walk on dock that is adjacent to the property. It was a private dock with a private yacht for touring. The next time we visit, we will take the tour and pay for access to the dock.

The porters, reception ladies, concierges and pool waiter are all very friendly and helpful. Nice clean room and bathroom. Great shower pressure. The bed was comfortable and we had a beautiful view over the bay. The parking is close by and very reasonable. The location is great if you want to visit Sanibel Island but go early as the parking at the public beaches fill up quickly even in July.

The gym circuit and weight equipment are plenty but very old. We ate dinner in Charley’s Cabana Bar and although quiet the service and food were so so. My husbands beer was brought to him as we were about to leave after our dinner. It was weird leaving a restaurant beer in hand. Our room was not serviced after the first night and it was difficult to dry 4 towels.

It’s a beautiful hotel with stunning views and cozy bed! Everything was very clean and the staff was very kind. They had some technical difficulties with A/C & water but they accommodated us well with a room where everything was functioning properly

The day we arrived they had a power outage and our room wasn’t ready. Three hours later they transferred us to another room in a different tower where we needed to shuttle to get back and forth from the main resort.

The hotel was nicely kept. And the pools/hot tubs were so inviting. The food and drinks at Charlie's were amazing! And the Tiki bartenders are A+. We'll always keep coming back.

The room was nice, but had a bit of a musty smell. We realized that hurricane Ian did a lot of damage to our beaches, so it was understandable but we wished more was done to remove the odor. And a tiny disappointment that there was no mini fridge. Otherwise everything was great!

Loved the location and view from balcony - dolphins were present in the harbor below for our weekend stay. Morning yoga on the beach with Tracey..Breakfast Buffet was good. Staff were pleasant and helpful .

Personally, I am not so keen on loud music by the pool, when you want to relax . I think it’s a weekend thing .. mid afternoon, pool was a no go area for me.

Staff treated me like a queen. They even let me play the piano on the 2nd floor and didn't make me shut up! I had a stick purple Jeep that presented a challenge for your valets, but it was fun.

Although the sea smell didn't bother me (I got COVID 2-1/2 years ago and can't smell) it bothered my husband. There is nothing you can do about this, because it is after all ecological disaster, but you might craft a way to entice more people like me to stay there (with bad sniffers) just a creative suggestion.

Good view from rooms. The room was clean and quiet. The property was nice, and the pools were clean. Would I stay here again if, in that area, yes

The two restaurants they had on their main building had the same menu's. The bar and bar staff were very nice to be around . Breakfast was a little pricey for an egg meal. We went out to eat at local restaurants to see how the area was, too.

The property is truly beautiful. The staff are polite, helpful, and humbled by the recent hurricane to hit the area. Truly one of the best resorts days I’ve had in a very long time.

I’m guessing due to energy conservation the air conditioner was not on when we first enter the room. You can imagine that it was a little warm and we were a little exhausted from the late drive to the resort
