It was so clean and beautiful!! Great location Amenities were so nice
The staff at the bars were very rude. The tabs are by last name and room number. We wanted to close our tab and the bar tenders were so condescending and rude. They said it just closes at the end of the night. 20% gratuity is added on to every drink. They don’t have to work for their tips so they just ate so ignorant. I like a receipt and close. One point the bartender said name. I gave my last name and then he said a first name that wasn’t mine! Oh there is a lot of your last name here! I was like are you sure you aren’t letting others use my tab. Everyone can hear you say room and name. They need better controls and maybe work for their tips and won’t be such jerks.

Everything was great. The staff was really friendly and very helpful. They gave me great recommendations on places to visit and things to do. I never came across one rude employee, I was honestly shocked:) That never happens anywhere!
I wish the room had a bigger fridge, it was smaller than normal mini fridges in other hotels. We couldnt even fit the hotels to go box in it. I also wish the room had a microwave.

I loved the decor and the vivid colors of the resort and guest rooms. The hotel staff was very welcoming...they offered us complimentary margaritas at check-in! I liked that the hotel is only has four floors unlike some other resorts and we were given our room keys to be worn as bracelets. Very practical! Overall, our first time at the resort was very pleasant!
During our two night stay, we had no working cable on the second day. Even after we complained, it went unresolved. We also didn't like that anyone not staying at the resort could walk onto the sunset deck from off the street. If guests are expected to pay a resort fee of $39 per day, then the resort should not allow the public to share their facilities at no charge.

Gorgeous like new property right on the beach by the Fort Myers bridge. The property is so well maintained. Facilities are gorgeous. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Our room was direct ocean front in building 2 next to the pool. Was a stunning view and was a lovely upgrade that we didn’t expect. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was gorgeous. The pool is so much fun and lively. Great DJ who plays games in the pool. Really great drinks and food at the pool bar appropriately named It’s 5 o’clock somewhere. Don’t listen to reviews about people using the pool on a day pass. The pool is so enormous and has so many chairs and so much staff. It makes for a great experience. There is no downside here.
There wasn’t anything. They did an excellent job.

The hotel was clean and new. Great setup to have the pool over by the ocean and the hotel portion on the other side of the road (they had a sky bridge). Food was good but there were NO specials, even for the first annual Jimmy Buffet annual weekend. That was disappointing.
The 5 o'clock somewhere bar by the pool automatically adds a 20% gratuity to the bill. The first day we were there, we had horrible service from the pool waitress and she was always by the bar talking to the bartenders. We ended up going to the other side of the bar and buying our drinks ourselves. The next few days were better because we had Melissa, who was awesome. This is the bad part about automatic gratuity, they don't have to earn it. Also, valet parking is mandatory if you have your car. That adds another $37 to your bill, per night. It might be posted somewhere, but we were not expecting that charge and mandatory valet.

We booked this hotel last minute because we wanted to visit Fort Myers on our road trip to the Keys. It is a brand new hotel only been open for 1 year I believe. From the moment we pulled into the valet, we were greeted with friendly faces ready to serve and make our stay awesome! Our bell man was amazing! I wish I could remember his name. He gave us all the details we would need for a great stay. Gave us direction on how to get around the hotel as well as all the dining options etc. He was great! The room was awesome! Clean and new the bed was very comfortable! The view was just okay.. We were on the south side of the hotel overlooking houses with a view of the ocean. The property is gorgeous! Great for hanging out! Lots of chairs over looking water, fire pits, grassy area, with great restaurant. The pool is also gorgeous. Very big nice and modern, lockers for your stuff and a huge bar with bar seating. The pool is right on the beach. There is a nice bar/restaurant across from the pool, but not in the pool area. The beach is really nice and you can rent jet skis right there if you would like. This hotel has so many great features! They had a coffee/ice cream shop which was also really good and very reasonably priced! A cool gift shop as well. Nice lounging area in the lobby. We ate at the restaurant on the same level as the lobby and it was buy on get one free meals.. we had no idea.. it was a nice surprise and they had live music. I would for sure stay there again if in the area.
The Fort Myers area has been damaged due to a hurricane a couple years ago, and it's still in disrepair. Boarded up buildings etc are abundant. I wanted to get my nails done, found a place within walking distance, my husband & I walked in the heat to the location, which was a boarded up shopping complex. Not hotels fault, we searched another nail place nowhere to be found. :( Hopefully with this new hotel, there will be more effort to revitalize this area and re-build it up.. There was alot of construction going on in front of the hotel, I guess to make a roundabout, so it looks as if some progress is being made. One bummer we could not take in our own cups into the pool area. :(

Hotel was beautiful, but a few issues. 1. Lobby smelled like sewer. I do not know why. 2. Front desk staff was not so helpful/pleasant when I raised issue that wrist band stopped working at 11am on check out, as we were still using the report and could not access the elevator. Bar tender did not know how to make a vodka martini. Staff needs more training. Fort Meyers is still recovering from effects of hurricane 2 years ago. While hotel was beautiful, I do not think I would return.

Property was very clean and everyone was very nice.
Cocktails were expensive beer especially so it was easier to go to local bars for half the price. Also the last day we were there they took away free coffee refills. I’m sure because people abused it😔 Might want to figure out a better system. People were complaining to girls at register. Not us we get it!! We understand pricing at resorts are always higher so I’m not complaining just letting you know incase your bar areas are slower & alcohol sales are down. Lol We personally ate and drank at the resort and had a great time😎

The staff was so incredibly nice and accommodating. Rooms are very nice. Property is beautiful. I was one who was against a Margaritaville on Ft. Myers Beach but it is so beautifully done and, I believe, will help rebuild FMB after Ian.
The weather - but that's not the resort's fault. When asked if anyone had a disability and I said yes, my husband does have issues walking and breathing, they put us in a handicap room. However, it was almost the furthest room from the elevator. When we extended our stay and I asked for a room closer to the elevator, they were wonderful and got us on the main floor. We just walked out our patio door and he was in the thick of things. Thank you. The restaurant seemed understaffed but that's a universal problem these days. And lastly, their choice of alcohol isn't great but doable. :) Don Julio Blanco would have been awesome.

Most everything is new and clean and well appointed, we enjoyed it very much. Easter activities were fun.
Getting to the pool was a bit of a hassle from the main building if you have kids or are bringing stuff down with you. Also thought it was really ridiculous that we can’t bring a cooler with kids you need water and snacks but they won’t let us bring any food or drinks so the limited and over priced menu is supposed to be enough. It’s fine for adults but not if you have kids that want to snack and drink all day long.
