Breakfast was delicious and there was a large variety of choices.

I thought we needed more furniture in the room. We were 3 adults using 2 queen-sized beds. There was no table or lamp on one side of the bed. I couldn't read in bed. I had to charge my phone across the room. I put my glasses in a chair. Our original reservation was for 4 adults. One of us (sadly) couldn't make it, but 3 of us came. We only got 2 towels and no soap. We had to go to the desk to get more towels and some small bars of soap. Our room was lovely and immaculate, but we needed more furniture and supplies for 3 people.

Our room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. So if that is what you want for your money it's perfect!

The tub has been modified for shower use only. The drain plug had been removed, and the shower lever was permanently pulled in place. The shower heads need to be replaced if they are going to be set up for shower use only. I was a little more disappointed because I was hoping for a hot soak after traveling. Breakfast was a traditional continental breakfast. I was hoping for just a muffin and coffee. No muffin and coffee was sub par.

Great location, very clean, staff was beyond friendly and helpful. Everyone encountered was smiling and glad to be of service. Very welcoming.

Minor quibble, the closet door was broken, came off the track. Easy to overlook but the shower diverter in the tub was also very hard to move. One issue I could consider an oversite, two though, I consider just not fixing issues when arising. They must know about them, service must open the closet when cleaning and if they clean the tub, are they rinsing using just the shower?

Super nice people on staff, they were authentically friendly and welcoming. Good breakfast included. Comfortable beds. Very Clean room & nice lobby. Great location--easy access to Tarpon Springs which was 5-10 minutes drive. Fridge in the room was a plus!

The coffee was horrible. Watery and bitter. Serving good quality coffee would be a huge boost.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs.

Pool heater was not working at the beginning of our stay, but they got it working. There is no jacuzzi. There was no table for two people to sit at in our king room.

It is clean, comfortable, and friendly. I can’t say enough about the breakfast. It is the cleanest setup, well-maintained, with variety, healthy, tasty, and friendly staff. The coffee is delicious too.

OK breakfast, but a bit crowded when we went. Room and AC worked fine. Could use a few more plugs. Bed was comfortable.

We have 4 adults and website said good for 4, but we got 1 king bed and love sofa bed. The love sofa bed too small and mattress is thin and soft , so I was lean to my husband if he’s turn aside( look like I going down hill ) I was booked 4 nights but I can’t sleep so I just stay 2 nights and left early.

Could have been better .. turkey sausage was horrible, the best was coffee, no yogurt. oatmeal in the middle of summer... fresh fruit was limited
