We didn't have the breakfast

The only complaints I had are as follows... 1. The coffee pit was super dirty. As a coffee drinker this was more than a little upsetting. 2. Not that this is the hotel staffs fault, but there were some questionable people hanging around outside the pool area. One of the females was openly soliciting sex and/or drugs. This was un-nerving since I had my young granddaughter and my 86 year old mother with me.

The Staff were very friendly thoughtful and accommodating. There were quite a few families with children and my daughter was as happy as can be. It was a very happy exciting environment for my 3-year-old daughter. There was a very friendly little squirrel that came out and would just hang out and eat with the guests

The first night when we arrived was considerably later and we had to go meet up with family as soon as we got there and brought our stuff in. So it was very late when we came back. So i had to go to the front desk and ask for a cot for my daughter and she was nice and apologized that they didn't have any. That waws

lounge, pool and location

1st room we were in smelled of smoke. was suppose to be non-smoking room. also the air conditioner was broke and we had to be moved to another room. we travel a lot and never have I been told they have to hold a security deposit. immediately it put up a red flag about the hotel. was surprised to see that hotel was set up like motel with rooms leading to outside.

I was being rushed out of the room by cleaning service mngr. I had late check out due to my online booking an check in . She came an harassed us 4 times after we spoke with the front desk and we're told it was ok take our time. We told the woman an she ignored the fact I was telling her this. Meanwhile I was overcharged for few days that were discounted through the site. An we got charged full price. Anyhow.

The staff were friendly and professional! The room was clean and comfortable. We have a service dog and they handled that graciously and waived our pet fee. When booking a 2 - stat hotel I was worried about the quality of this hotel but, it was extremely pleasant!

It was a nice motel. Clean and friendly staff. Loved the pool, hot tub, restaurant and bar. We ate our dinner and had drinks both nights.

Beings that it was a motel and your door was on the outside, we heard people sitting outside . Our room faced the parking lot , so more noise .

i would say the beds were my favorite, so comfy!

the only thing I had a problem with were the linens. my dog got her period unexpectedly and she bleed on both beds so I had to strip the beds and I never fully got full bed sets after that but it’s okay! my mom gave us some sheets and stuff so we just used our own

Pool, overall facilities and room were very nice.

House keeping was not consistant.They always picked up any tip left behind but servicing the room was hit or miss. Over half of the days we were there we were chasing after towels and washcloths.Another guest complained to me that he had to get his own towels every day.

Small and affordable cafe

Had to walk past several immigrant men staying in the hotel and lounging by their doors. They were drinking and leering at the arriving guests. They were in residence on the north side of the property. I had to walk our dog and felt uncomfortable being alone

The staff is very friendly. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Room.was clean. Nice pool area. A/C is powerful

.Have to request housekeeping. Ran out of towels and coffee packets.
