Guest Services representative, Carol, was very friendly and made us feel welcome upon our late-night check-in and evening returns to the hotel. She unexpectedly gave us a welcome bag of quality snacks and water bottles at check-in, plus a personalized Thank You card on our departure morning, which was a very nice, memorable touch. We commend her for her hospitality, which leaves a very good impression on the organization. Also, the complimentary hot breakfast was one of the reasons for our selecting this hotel and it met our expectations. We also greatly appreciated the 24x7 availability of complimentary coffee/hot water/cocoa/tea.

The shower head's water stream was not very strong at it's highest setting. It was not a show stopper, but it would be great if you could replace it with a new fixture.

The breakfast hours were very convenient. The beds were very comfortable. Welcoming decor.

I checked in right before midnight, and I stood in the entryway for over 10 min because the lady was on the phone. She didn't even acknowledge me and didn't let me in the 2nd set of doors. She then explained that she was so very tired and took a while to check me in. She kept repeating herself, and it took her 4 tries to get the cards programmed. My booking was prepaid online, yet she ran my card again, which charged my card twice. So that was frustrating.

Exceptionally clean. Staff very friendly. Wonderful breakfast and main entree varied each day. Those that prepare and work during breakfast are pleasant and are always busy making sure that the food area is clean and also fully stocked. The staff at the front desk was always friendly. Room was cleaned each day and was always done well.

Not a thing!

We stayed the week of Thanksgiving & Everything was excellent. Every single employee was smiling & friendly & very helpful with any questions or requests. The hot buffet breakfast was amazing. They have everything you could want from fruit, cereal, waffles, pastries, eggs, sausage & bacon. Room was super clean & NO BUGS!!! We will definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

Maid threw away my toothpaste (sample pack) and part of the room's coffeemaker. Also took hanging used towels. (Sign in bathroom said maids wouldn't enter unless requested, so didn't hang DND). Rusty water at first use of shower faucet, and faucet wouldn't turn off completely. Reported to desk at checkout, she said she was refunding one night. I said I wasn't expecting that, but she repeated she would...and then didn't.

The property is very clean good location

When we first arrive there was latex balloons in the Check-in area. We ask them if they could please remove them because my sister is highly allergic to latex. Us asking for the balloons to be removed seem to be a major problem for the hotel front manager, and she did not want to remove them. After some time going back and forth with the front desk clerk. The front desk manager finally came (it was her day off) and took down the balloons even though she wasn’t very happy about it. She did not make us feel welcome so we choose not stay at this hotel this trip. I did stay here before and it is a very nice hotel and the front desk manager was very nice then. Maybe she was having a bad day.

prime location on a busy highway. the fellow at the front desk, Matthew, was very kind and professional the lady at the breakfast/food area was on top of her job—well done! hallways, common areas were spotless

our room could use some work, especially the bathroom faucet and shower plumbing. both were worn out.

The continental breakfast was really good! My daughter, especially loved the waffle maker.

There was a pink and red stain on the mattress cover on my daughter’s bed, and the comforter had a yellow stain on it. That was absolutely disgusting! The stains were not small; they were very obvious!

The hotel was in the perfect location for my stay. The staff was very friendly and even called to see if the room was to my liking. My room was immaculate and you can see and smell how clean everything was throughout the hotel, the hallways and the room. I will definitely stay here again when I am back in the area.

It was very clean. I had booked a couple nights to relax after spending 2 months in the hospital. But I booked only one night at first and the lady was very polite about extending my stay without having to check out and they even let me check in early the first night.

Not the nicest neighborhood.
