Everything was just great.. Housekeeping every day. Front desk ladies to help you and plenty of space!! Good food next door on both sides..next door to Nick's w music nightly and the Broadwalk Restaurant with early morning extra large delicious coffee. Beautiful beach right in front of you, great balcony strip, w convenient stairs down to broadwalk/beach (I was on the second floor). Privacy was easily attainable w one large window shade. Plenty of dressers and night stands and closet space. Super handy long counter space was so awesome to put things on. TV is wall mounted. Bed was comfortable, room temperature control was easy, water pressure amazing. Absorbent towels, nice hair dryer. Balcony chairs comfortable. Doors close securely. These were the things most important to me, perhaps my mentioning them will help others to decide in Diane's favor. They would be picking the right place for the right price. I was very happy at The Diane, and would stay there again. The room size alone is worth it. Note the room lighting, wow you can really see.

Location location location!!! Friendly staff, super helpful and nice attention to our needs. Clean room and bathroom with really nice updated fixtures. Plenty of outdoor chairs and lounges. Great party vacation atmosphere for weekends, quiet weekdays.

Paying for parking... However, I get it. No paper products, other than TP, and no beach size towels. Loud neighbors blasting their music till 2am... However (again) it was Friday and Saturday night. Sunday and Monday night were quiet and I actually missed the noisy neighbors, almost.

Location is perfect. It's right on the beach and Hollywood Boardwalk. The rooms look newly renovated. Beautiful rooms, gorgeous view. Overall great value!

The property closes at 9pm. There is no one at the desk from 9pm - 9am. Booking sent me a confirmation to check in from 3pm -10pm. I came from Key West, and was spending the afternoon in Miami, before check-in. Luckily, the hotel staff called me around 7pm, while we were at dinner on South Beach, to ask what time I would be checking-in. South Beach to Hollywood was over an hour away. I got to the hotel at 8:30pm. If I would have followed Bookings information, then I wouldn't have made it in time, and would have spent the night running from hotel to hotel looking for an available room.

It was in the midst of Margaritaville! First floor Oceanfront superb. There were tables and loungers to utilize.

I didn’t like the back door entry, a little creepy for a solo traveler but I used a chair for a door stopper. The doors didn’t have the metal stopper to prevent housekeeping walking in on you. The WI-FI wasn’t available around 1ish which sucked but it came back on later. I’ll definitely use this facility in the future and will recommend others.

Hotel is in the perfect place- steps from the beach and in the middle of all the restaurants and bars. Nice, clean, modern interior with plenty of room and storage. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Thank you

We don’t really have anything negative to say about the place. Beds are pretty firm so be prepared for that. The boardwalk at night has really bright “street” lights that shine in the frosted patio doors.

great location ! great location! three restaurants very close great beach side appeal walkers by stop to look and smile and to see real people enjoying themselves. most places are not set up that way.

The location was phenomenal, and they were very accommodating. They also have chair and umbrella rental, but check with the front desk cuz they went up to double the next day but after inquiring brought it back down. They supply glasses in your room, real silverware dishes and they'll also come in and straighten up, empty the garbage and give you new towels, Even if you're not there. The deck is amazing you're like you're not even two feet from the boardwalk. And the ocean is literally right in front of you. You get a coffee machine/ but bring your own ground coffee and creamer.

I didn't like when they switched the price for the umbrella and chairs on my second day, it doubled, but like I said after inquiring it was adjusted back to the regular price

The location is the best. In the middle of all the best bars and restaurants. Lounge chair rental right across the Broadwalk. This place was super clean and every single staff member we met was so nice and helpful

We loved everything about the place but if we had to chose one thing- The front and back door are frosted glass. The lights at night are really bright and it makes it seem like day in the room

Location was excellent. The view from the room is stunning. Loved the full size fridge. It’s right on the boardwalk so bars, restaurants all in close walking distance. Loved that this hotel was on the beach but that you didn’t need to cross a road to get to beach. Would highly recommend.

Was a bit noisy at night. Had ice trays not an ice machine.
