Fabulous location and room setup is wonderful. Our ocean view was amazing. Location allowed for easy access to wonderful restaurants, cafes and music venues. Beach is beautiful. Managers and staff are communicative and helpful, truly amazing, very special people! Thank you, all!

I would suggest hiring a hotel parking lot attendant for hotel guests, especially to assist for very late night arrivals and to allow for any help needed. On website note that there is no elevator- staircases only. Hotel style coffee packets, tea, dry creamers suggested for guest use in kitchenette.

We were indiana on a girls trip, arrived early and check in is great, the front desk held our bags and let us start our day, even let us change into our suits so we could get in thst beach!!! It’s card activated to get in rooms which was brand new for them, but it was nice. If you want to be in the heart of everything, including night life this is your spot! I’ve been 7 times to Hollywood and never stayed this close to all the restaurants and bars, so it can get rowdy, loud, interesting people come out at night! We felt safe, but the police were camp in front of the hotel for a big part of the night! This was good, but I’m not sure if it’s a standards. Having the police presence, most likely keeps the rowdy’s at bay! I liked it. There was a concert in front of margaritasville so it got a bit busy. I love the band. The food is always great! I recommend the Ocean Ally for breakfast, great service, price, the scenery. Being on the beach is great, the location is wonderful.

Great location, we love to watch people and this wonderful place and the boardwalk and the ocean, you can watch a lot of wonderful people. The best part is not only you watch people, the people can watch you. It is the only place in Hollywood Beach that your outside relaxing area can been seen by passers by people. They stop look up, take pictures and then wave hello with a smile! Wonderful!

Everytime we stay there it is exactly what we expect. Good old school feel ! We love it!

Great location on the Broadwalk overrlooking the beach and ocean. Room was spacious and clean. Lots of action and places to eat and drink within walking distance.

I had booked the first floor but agreed to go upstairs because they said someone else couldn't walk stairs. I was promised that someone would carry our bags. No one was available so we had to carry them ourselves (we're in our '70s). The clerk acted annoyed at us for asking. Be award that they charge $35 a day for parking.

Location is perfect as the property sits right in the middle of the Broadwalk and right in front of the beach - great place for outdoor walks and activities. Plenty of restaurants and bars. Mercy is delightful and very attentive.

Furniture is outdated and some of the draws did not open/close properly and could use an upgrade. Wi-Fi while worked ok, could have a better speed. Bed is perhaps not as comfortable and bed linens could also be replaced for better linens.

Beautiful ocean front property right on the Broadwalk with a full view of the ocean from our large picture window! The facility is clean and bright with a beautiful balcony that runs the length of the hotel in front of each room and faces the ocean. One of the hotel staff was kind enough to come and pick us up from the airport and bring us to the hotel. Easy walking access to shops, bars, and restaurants.

We did not know that there was a live entertainment bar right next door to the hotel. It has live music until 2 a.m., and stays open until 4 a.m. Amazingly enough our room was pretty quiet for all the activities outside; however, I would recommend requesting a room at the end of the hotel away from the bar side. We also had a group right next door to our room that decided to have an argument on the balcony at about 2 a.m. for almost an hour. Advised the front desk, and it was quieter the next night. Appreciate any intervention they might have had in this matter.

The location is great. It's right in the middle of everything! Room was clean and large with 2 beds. Great for a family. We had a good time, regardless of a few issues. I would give D8ane Oceanfront Suites another try.

As far as we could tell there is no on-site staff at night. Office closes at 9 so if anything happens during the night, there isn't anyone to call. Our smoke detectors beeped every 30 seconds on our last night. Very frustrating. Our key cards no longer worked on the door to the balcony on the 2nd day.

Location, location, location! Room was very clean as well as the grounds! Had everything you could need, the kitchenette was perfect size. Big room with two beds and a privacy wall in between (which is nice when both beds are being used). Even though it is next to Nick's and it was spring break, the rooms were very quiet. Will be staying again.

No pool, but the beach is literally steps from your door.

The property was close to everything and to Miami. The views of the sunrise was amazing and the ability to go across the street to the beach was such a convenience. Close to some really good restaurants for dinner and breakfast.

Didn’t like that the room phone was not working (broken) and needed to be repaired. It could smell a bit more fresher. The hardware for the bathroom were a bit rusty and the drawers in the room need to be updated.

Hi-end room, balcony, very clean, very super friendly staff, well equipped kitchen, large fridge, adjacent parking, super beach location near all the good restaurants and amenities, steps to the beach & boardwalk. Front desk host Mercy was super wonderful & accommodating!

No facial tissues, no coffee available, although clean maid did not make the beds, had to pay $$$ for daily parking, had to rent simple beach chairs & beach towels. We'll bring our own stuff next time! Because of it is a high price room, most of the above should have been included.
