The price was great for the location. We loved being right by the beach and boardwalk. We liked the court yard. The side table beside the bed with plug in options for charging was very nice since the outlet on the wall by the mirror wasn't working properly. It was pushing into the wall and the top plug in didn't work at all. The staff was friendly. Checking in and out was very convenient. We had a few questions with our stay, so when we emailed it was nice how quickly we got responses back.

The bed wasn't comfortable. We had kinks in our backs. When you sat down on the bed it felt like it caved backwards. There also should really be an exhaust fan in the bathroom for the steam from the shower because it looks like there is mold or mildew on the wall by the towel rack.

Great location - across the street from Margaritaville - very short walk to beach - "see' it from location. Many restaurants, entertainment stage, shopping on boardwalk Room adequate for brief 2 person stay. We were in unit 37 and the small kitchenette had a round table, but it was way too close to bed to adequately make use of it. Bathroom had hot water - just very small. Unit was efficiency studio - very small. TV was large flat screen that had local and other channels like Netflix, etc. available. We checked in early - about 11 am when maid finished cleaning our room. Would be easy to walk the boardwalk and eat, et6c. - they will store your luggage until your room is ready. Bed was very comfortable. Older property, but good value on price. No pool, but beach is 2-3 minute walk and they provide beach chairs, towels, etc..

Larger room would have made a world of difference. I would be tempted to find somewhere else to put the table even if it were on another wall or under tv. needed more lighting

this is a great location right on the beach! I’ve stayed multiple places and this is up there for location. Be careful of which unit you get. it seems they’re trying to update them but some have been done and some not. we were first put into number 2 that hadn’t been cleaned and was a little scary looking. we were moved to number 6 single unit and 3(the 2 bedroom) those were nice. they have boogie boards, chairs and umbrellas providing guests can be respectful and bring them back. some of the staff were over the top nice but asking the cleaning lady for towels was like pulling teeth. the young front desk gal put her personal phone call above my service and didn’t even put the phone down from her face to finish the conversation with me. I think she smoked a doobie in there but my only problem with that was she didn’t ask me if I wanted some. if we are in the area we would stay again. I didn’t see not one single roach or bug in our room and that’s important to us. I’m going to clarify we were only here 1 night so we didn’t utilize dishes and such, I’m not even sure what they had to offer as we didn’t need them.

some units need some updating. stay out of unit 2, the floor was only laminate that you can see has been wet and peeling time and time again. I’m sure it’s clean like the other but it appears to have a very run down look.

Safety: the presence of police officers around the area made me feel safe Location: close to the boardwalk, restairants, beach, North Beach Theatre. Affordability. Cleanliness. Customer service: the receptionist/cashier/manager is very pleasant, informative, and provides appropriate services needed.

For the price I paid. I can’t complain on anything. I would recommend this place.

Close to everything. If it was summer it would have been perfect.

It was winter I didn't know there wasn't a heater but the lady at the front desk brought me a small heater. Very nice of her. Bathroom was extremely tiny. Took awhile for the hot water to heat up.

Literally 30 seconds from the beach, great great location, super friendly staff close to everything! I would have stayed here my entire vacation if I had known. You can use all their equipment, so we had a beach umbrella, boogie boards, even Aloe if we needed it! The rooms are on the small side, but full of amenities.

The St. Maurice Beach Inn was in a great location. Just steps from the boardwalk and beach. The hotel is a little older but very well maintained. Our room was very clean and well decorated. There were beach chairs in the room and a beach umbrella was available in the office as well. Bikes were available for use at no additional charge. The receptionist who checked us in was very welcoming and professional. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family. The only "negative" for us was that we had to leave.

Denise on reception was great and very helpful. Parking sounds like it's going to be difficult, but it's actually a good deal at $22 via the hotel app for 24 hours, either on the street or in a garage 10 minutes walk away. Location is great for restaurants etc.

People can be noisy if they are partying in the communal area outside the rooms! It only happened one night, but in the early hours...

It was very afordable, the location was excellent, the beach was across the street, my room was small but clean, the kitchen area had some dishes and silverware and a small refrigerator.

Parking sucked! You have to pay daily for parking anywhere down by the beach ($20+), so it is not the hotels fault. But this was the one drawback or negative thing about my stay.

Location was amazing, not far from Margaritaville tiki bar, and a 1 min walk to broadwalk/beach. Rooms were small, but good enough for never being in the room anyways but to sleep and shower. Front desk was very friendly and held our bags til room was ready. Great value for the price and short notice!

The signal on the TV is not good at all! It says you need to update to new equipment, so I definitely would look into that…other than that, place was great!
