the property was beyond perfect! we didn’t need to leave for anything

the pool closed at 5:30. I’m assuming it’s bc its January, but it was still a vacation for me. I was hoping to soak up the hot tub later than that.

I liked the amount of Bars/restaurants. The rooms were beautiful. The hotel was beautifully decorated and clean.

I wish each restaurant had their own menu, I did not like that room service, and all pool bars all had the EXACT same menu. I wish the cafe would have stayed open the whole day and well into the night. You should be able to get a beach chair for every single person that is staying in a room, not just two chairs per room, I was a group of three and didn’t want to pay $15 extra a day for a beach chair so it was a bummer to have someone on the floor the whole time. The hot tub was broken which was a shame as we were excited to relax in it one day.

The location is fantastic. The room was big and really clean. The Margaritaville theme is fun and colorful. It is the best resort in Hollywood FLA without question. The rest are older and small without many aminities

It is smaller than it looks in all its literature. We normally go to Cancun or other Caribean All Inclusives. Compared to those Margaritaville is tiny. They lock the pools at sundown - no hot tub at night. There really was very little nightlife. Its just not as friendly as an all inclusive.

Location is exceptional. Pretty much what you’re paying for is the location and convenience of not having to leave the property for anything. If you need a microwave, they’ll bring one up to your room which was nice.

The price for to stay a night should go down a little. I would have definitely stayed longer. To valet it’s $48 a night which I thought was absurd. Not even luxury Disney hotels charge that much. Only 3 small drawers inside the rooms and they are small which made it hard to put away things and organize.

location, location, location!! Food/beverage service on the beach. Live music. Lots of options to eat. walkability to everything you could want or need. Wonderful staff throughout the resort. Aesthetic throughout the resort. 3 different pools to use. Plenty of beach towels daily. A relaxing atmosphere throughout.

I didn’t care for being on the 18th floor. It was frightening going on our balcony. The water pressure was not good. There were 3 of us friends but you only get 2 beach chairs, even though we paid for 3 people to stay. We did pay for a third beach chair. All minor things we didn’t care for, but would not stop us from staying there again.

The Coffe shop staff were overly helpful and friendly. The resort front desk staff was amazing! The overall smell through the whole place was wonderful!

We tried to dine at Margaritaville Restaurant, we were seated and then never greeted by a waitress or waiter, waited 10 minutes and then decided to leave. The live music wasn't as great as we thought it was going to be, a couple mentioned to us as we were leaving, "Are you leaving this nursing home?" A bit disappointing! We had a parking garage issue, we were told to park in the self parking garage attached to the resort, but when trying to leave the garage attendant told us we weren't supposed to park in there. Which he was wrong in the end.

Direct beach access. Direct access to 3 pools. Restricted to guests only. Onsight coffee shop and 2 restaurants. Beach had private sections for guests, umbrella and 2 chairs with food/drinks available on the beach. Direct access to public boardwalk for wide variety of restaurants and bars.

Ocean view was nice but the room was set back on the 14th floor overlooking the adult pool on the 11th floor. This made a lot of noise echo and restricted the full ocean view. We could not see the beach. Extra beach chairs were VERY expensive. Cabana's were VERY expensive.

The ice machines were broken on just about every floor from we determined when we called the front desk they told us to just go up and down until we found a floor that had a working machine. My roommate did that but I am using a walker and could not do that. She ran into many people with the same problem. Eventually. Someone suggested trying the lobby not an employee but another guest and we got our ice. The first time I called, they should’ve told us that instead of telling us to run up and down the elevator.

It was a very nice and clean resort , lots of things to do at the resort . They keep it very clean and the rooms were very nice . We just stayed one day but will definitely go back .It is alittle expensive and parking was $40 for one night in self park parking garage . The pools were nice and the beach was beautiful, plenty to do right there at the resort without having to go anywhere else but it was expensive.

wanted to be away from everything and sleep in for once. unfortunately kids running up and down hall slamming doors and parents yelling be quite at 700 am sleeping I. didn't happen. maybe you could have a adult only area of hotel just like pool. also I had a pedicure and the sofa was very hard to get comfortable or relax in. usually when you get a pedicure you have a relaxing chair to sit in to rest head and enjoy. that was not going to happen with that sofa you have that can't even rest head back. thank you for listening
