The room was nice (no carpet and then no issues with that). I stayed in room 3809. Highly recommendable. Pool
Beach service is horrible. They run out of towels all the time. Little space between umbrellas. The space is shared with many places in the area so they are overloaded. the close at 5pm. I cannot understand that they remove the umbrellas and chairs probably at the best time of the day in miami hot summer.

I like that you had a small café to grab a quick coffee or a water. I loved that you had two different bar areas. And one thing that was a huge plus, was that they were chairs and towels at the beach included with my stay.
The one time we had breakfast at the restaurant on the ninth floor, our waitress seem like she did not want to be there and was not helpful. The elevators take a really long time.

I loved the view and the amenities
The coffee shop closes too early, breakfast needs to go longer. On vacation you don’t get uo as early but would still like to enjoy breakfast. Brunch items were nasty!

The pool and lounge area are beautiful. I love how the hotel doesn’t create shade on the pool in the afternoon. The extended balcony with the ocean view is a seller. Noni, the front desk attendant was 100% with friendliness and attentiveness.
The lines for the elevator became unsatisfactory. Consider somehow making another elevator shaft. Thanks!

The rooms themselves feel like being home with bedrooms, bathrooms, and family room. Fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer. This site is right on the beach.
Doors hinges to the bedrooms and bathrooms sqeek very loud. Wifi in the family room drop almost to zero .
