We had a great stay. The location is great half block from the Broadwalk but you can see the sea from Apartment 2. It is an old building but is updated inside, it is comfortable and clean. Kitchen has enough utensils to cook. They have umbrellas and chairs for the beach.

The shower in the afternoon didn’t have hot or warm water and they only left 1 small shampoo, 1 small conditioner and 1 shower gel for two people, for 2 days…not enough, and not staff to ask for more. They charge $100 to check in early and don’t let us check out at 11 am, I guess because of memorial weekend they are busy.

Everything about this hotel was absolutely perfect, from the location to the comfort and coziness of the place. At first glance, it seemed like a very unremarkable little motel—simple and old—but as soon as we stepped inside the apartment, we were pleasantly surprised by how wonderful everything was. That’s why I highly recommend this place to good, respectful, and tidy people. Please take care of the cleanliness and coziness of this spot because it truly deserves it. The location, especially right across from the ocean, is absolutely stunning. Thank you to the owners for their hospitality. We’re eagerly looking forward to returning many more times!

The location was perfect for walking along the boardwalk or spending the day at the beach.

There were a bunch of weird looking bugs in the shower that scared my daughter and my husband had to clean it.

I could not watch local channels for the Miami area. Could not watch the 2024 Summer Olympics.

The location was perfect for us - just off the beach for morning and evening strolls on the broadwalk. Everything in the apartment was very clean and it was great to have the kitchen, which was well equipped. The free parking spot was also appreciated. Plus big TVs with Roku. Felt very comfortable there - the only shame was we could only stay the one week.

The only thing that could be improved was the air con - it worked well enough, but was a touch noisy. I still slept fine so not the biggest deal; I'd still absolutely stay there again, but is the reason for a 9 out of 10, rather than a 10 out of 10.

Besides the best location the space in the room was well arranged; well equipped kitchen; beach umbrella chairs etc...available to use during stay; outdoor shower and hoes to wash off sand before coming into room;

The beds were uncomfortable for us. We had to use the ceiling fan to cool the room because the AC in room did not cool sufficiently well. There was no light in the entry hall of Room B and was never fixed during our stay even after notifying staff immediately upon noticing.

Comfortable , clean and great access to the beach

We have stayed twice at this property and will continue to book our Hollywood trips at this property! This property is the perfect location just steps from the beach and a short walk for all the shops and restaurants. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Lots of security cameras and motion lights to make you feel safe entering and exiting the property.

We loved everything

The location, by the ocean. The fact that it had free parking. Modern room. Equipped kitchen, 2 large TVs with Netflix, clean and modern bathroom.

In 2022, when I booked this hotel again, everything was fine, it was quiet. This year, in 2023, I had the "luck" of a very noisy party at another apartment, even though it was clearly written on booking.com that parties are prohibited. I notified the staff but nothing good happened that night, the next day the staff tried to minimize the event.

Clean, comfortable beds, excellent location, nice amenities. Loved that we had a kitchen, beach towels were available in the rental, multiple towels for the week for the whole family to use, beach chairs to bring to the beach, and laundry facilities as an option. Loved that one parking spot was included. The updated renovations make this rental feel like a luxury. I love that the beach was so close and I was close enough to the action of the night life on the broadwalk but far enough that the noise didn’t keep us up. Would highly recommend this place.

Wish there was flexibility in checking in sooner but it’s to ensure proper cleaning procedures are followed so I completely understand.
