Clean, comfortable beds, excellent location, nice amenities. Loved that we had a kitchen, beach towels were available in the rental, multiple towels for the week for the whole family to use, beach chairs to bring to the beach, and laundry facilities as an option. Loved that one parking spot was included. The updated renovations make this rental feel like a luxury. I love that the beach was so close and I was close enough to the action of the night life on the broadwalk but far enough that the noise didn’t keep us up. Would highly recommend this place.

Wish there was flexibility in checking in sooner but it’s to ensure proper cleaning procedures are followed so I completely understand.

I can not say enough about how exceptional this place is. My fiancé and I were staying in an extended stay hotel, while waiting to move into a house we rented for the next few months. The extended stay was booked for the last few days we needed to stay. So, we found The Surf! And I'm so happy we did!! This place is literally steps from the Hollywood Beach boardwalk. There is even a tiki bar located with a few feet from the hotel. It looks just like the pictures on the websites. Clean, beautifully decorated, and best of all, they are pet friendly! The staff, owner, and other residents were so friendly and helpful. The only thing that we didn't like about this place is that we couldn't stay longer!! Thank you for having us as your guests! We will be back!!

There was nothing we didn't like about The Surf!

Perfect location. Everything is just super you have the whole set at home and spices and salt and plates and a dishwasher, They did a very good renovation, and we were one of the first guests, because there were dishes and knives and furniture and beds. Everything was brand new.Pleased with high-quality new bed linen.On the terrace you can barbecue and immediately you will have a view of the ocean and a huge plus is the free parking.

Minus is when we settled in the bed there was more sand than on the beach, I also want to note that there is practically no soundproofing.

Beach access...❤❤❤ You are steps away from Beach. No cars blocking the way, only beach goers. Free parking. Access to beach chairs & Umbrella, it helped with our beach days. We loved this place so much. We are already talking about when to go back. Can't wait! 😊🌴

AC unit was loud 1st night, but we turned off and opened windows couple nights and that was great. Our door gave us crap for a hot minute, but a quick call to owner & tips were given to help us out for rest of our stay.

Awesome location just steps from the beautiful beach and broadwalk but was super quiet at night to allow for peaceful sleep. Condo was super clean, comfortable, and roomy enough for the entire family. Condo included a full kitchen that allowed us to cook our meals, which is a huge cost saver for a family. The beds were super comfortable. Also, there was convenient on-site parking.

very nice and clean, newly renovated, we did not get the room as pictured, i was expecting the bigger fridge but we made it work, just a few steps from the beach, we enjoyed our stay

The ac unit was very loud makes it harder to sleep in a small space, but it did have a nice ceiling fan, could not open any window so we would leave door open to get fresh air and would of been nice to have a few chairs outside the unit. we grabbed some beach chairs

Location was great, about 100 feet from the beach. The apartment was really clean. Everything worked as it should. Plenty of kitchen utilities and a Keurig with pods. Bathroom was spacious and clean.

The only thing that wasn't good about the apartment (7) was the stair light outside the bedroom that was on all night. It lights up the whole bedroom. A black out shade is much needed. That is the only complaint.

Very clean room, with microwave, electric cooker, tv, air conditioning. The bed was very confortable. They provided beach towels and toiletries. And 2 complementary drinks, which was very nice. The accomodation is right on the beach.

They communicate the checkin details via sms, which is not at ease for a non USA visitor who doesn't have a local sim. Would rather encourage using email.

it is close to the beach. The apartment is spacious and clean. Check in was easy.

the shower has no hot water. I arrived at night and needed a hot shower. That was really bad. If you like a hot bath like I do this will be uncomfortable.

The rooms and location were great. We were able to cook, lots of pots, pans and dishes. Very close to the boardwalk and beach.

The dripping AC Units made it VERY difficult to walk in the hallways to the parking lot and out to the patio. There was a constant puddle right outside of our door. HAZARD!
