amazing location, amenities, spacious apartment and wonderful view.

at check in I was told the apartment that I reserved was not available.(1 bed with balcony) and was offered a 3 bed on the ground floor instead, no other option (I travelled alone so the 3 beds had zero appeal, and I specifically reserved a balcony for the view and added safety). I was asked to sign a contract before seeing the new room. I refused and called Booking.com instead…and within 10min, one unit on the upper floor magically became available!! That first interaction with the check-in front desk was disappointing and I can’t help to wonder if being a single woman (with an accent) traveling alone, had something to do with this? So thank you Booking.com for an amazing customer service in taking over to resolve my reservation issue!

The location is great. The beach access and amenities it provides (pools, grills, laundry room, beach toys) is wonderful. Our room had a fully stocked kitchen which was great!

Our room set up was not functional with 4 people, we stayed last year and was hoping for the same kind of layout, however the bathroom was off the single bedroom so that made it very inconvenient. The sofa bed was not comfortable (def recommend bringing blankets we had zero for that). The cleaning people also forgot to clean behind the sofa so it was gross.

Location was excellent. Didn’t have to drive more than 20-30 minutes to get to pretty much anything (including the airport). The heated pool was awesome since it was cloudy and pretty cool while we were there. Living space was good size and bedrooms were good size.

I couldn’t get the dishwasher to work and the outlet in the smaller room that the lamp was plugged into (the only source of light in the room) didn’t work. Lastly the outdoor “shower” to rinse your feet off after coming in from the beach didn’t work.

The room was clean, location was perfect! The rental was very roomy and comfortable. Headed pool was great for our January trip!

The music that played loudly right outside (on a timer) was a bit too much and there was no way to turn it off or down. I would have liked to just sit and listen to the waves sometimes.

We loved the area and how easy it was to get to both Clearwater and St. Pete. Our room was clean and the staff responded quickly to a plumbing issue we had - left for the day and it was fixed before we returned. The hospitality area with waters, beach towels and coffee was a pleasant surprise!

Only one small issue - the bed was a little noisy. After a full day of walking and being a tourist, once we got in and settled it was barely noticeable.

No one told us about a breakfast. We had to go grocery shopping for our food. We did like the coffee room we found out the next day . We did like cold water & toys & chairs available for the beach , that was a nice surprise. Everyone wAs friendly & went out of their way to help us . A breakfast would have been nice . Also we think the front window could have a pair of long blinds so people could not see into our room . The pool not being deep . As my son is learning how to swim. having noodles helped him . Having the beach availabie for swimming & fishing . Having a washer & dryer to use was a definite plus . We liked you facility a lot . a lot .

Not having a pair of long blinds in the front window for privacy . The shower door seal was not a tight fit . And a grab bar as I Greg’s mom have a bad knee , a grab bar inside the shower on the wall for stability. A breakfast would have been nice . Leaving at 10 & not 11am .

Nice cozy little Condo unit right on the beach. Onsite staff was very super nice and helpful. Our 2-bedroom condo was large enough for the 2 of us no problem. Nicely decorated and had a good selection of kitchen items. The beach area was actually getting restored after the past hurricane washed so much sand away. It was amusing to watch truckload after truckload of sand get dumped out.

The bathroom was a bit tiny....but overall, it was ok. It would have been an issue if there were 2 couples staying there with limited countertop space. The heat (furnace) worked well as it was pretty darn cold in January.

This was our 8th stay at the property. This review is for Room S301. Our trip was for our teenage son’s fall break and the main goal was rest and relaxation. This was our best stay so far at this property. The location right on the beach cannot be beat. The sunsets from the balcony, the beach, or from the pool area are phenomenal. The property maintenance person on site, Kevin, was extremely helpful and friendly. We had everything we needed in our unit. We only had to go buy a few groceries for the week when we didn’t eat out at one of the many wonderful restaurants in the area. Although there are 10 units at the property, the pool area was free almost always and the beach was not crowded. There is light music playing in the pool area that definitely creates a laid back beach vibe. There is a room downstairs on the first floor of the South building that has tons of towels, coffee, waters, extra trash bags, tp, paper towels, and a washer/dryer if your unit isn’t equipped. I’m probably forgetting something but I can’t stress enough about how much we enjoyed our stay.

The room was very comfortable and the view was fantastic. The beach is very nice and very close. Didn't have to walk far to get there. Since there are not a lot of units in each building, there was a lot of room on the beach so you never felt crowded. The location is good as well. Didn't have to drive far to get to a store.

Not a whole lot that we didn't like. There is not an elevator, so if you have a problem with stairs, request to be on the bottom floor. If I had to critique something it would be the bed. It wasn't very comfortable. It is hard and very noisy every time you got in our out of the bed.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The New Hotel Collection Beachfront, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience for my family and me. We were celebrating my dad's 80th birthday, and the entire property exceeded our expectations. The comfort and relaxation we enjoyed at this resort were unparalleled. I slept like a baby every night, and the tranquility of the surroundings played a big part in that. The beachfront location is simply top-notch, and having access to a multitude of amazing seafood restaurants nearby was a real treat. In fact, there's one right across the street which is Salt Rock Grill, which made dining so convenient. But what truly left us in awe were the breathtaking views. Waking up to the sight of the beautiful beach during was nothing short of heavenly, an out-of-this-world experience. And the sunset view? To die for. It felt like we were in a postcard, and those moments will be cherished forever. Not to mention, the beach water was so calm and warm that it made swimming an absolute delight. The fact that the water is not rough allowed me to truly relax and savor every moment. Our overall experience was so incredible that we are already planning our next visit. If anyone is looking for the perfect place to stay for a few days in Clearwater, Florida, I wholeheartedly recommend The New Hotel Collection Beachfront. It's not just a great choice; it's a memory waiting to be made.
