My family and I had a wonderful stay here. We throughly enjoyed our stay here. The room and facilities was superb and we'll hope to visit again in the near future. The beach was only a 5 minute walk, the room was big and spacious. We had a great view of the sea inlet with the view's of sun rise in the morning. We had the opportunity to see some wildlife an eagle, some dolphins and manatees. The location was in a very nice quiet area away from busy beach towns which we really liked. The beach was very nice and good for families especially for the kids to play.

The floor was a little dirty upon arrival, but the staff were happy to clean this for us.

Property was great, Staff were all very friendly even night security. it was nice having the grill prepped for me with a reservation.

Rooms had no ceiling fans which made it very hot since AC would not go below 75. We had bought some food to cook in unit because we are used to having kitchen utensils but this unit had plates,silverware, cups and a cookie sheet that’s all. It would have been to have a pizza cutter or spatula other kitchen utensils. Only other thing which was not properties fault was we had to keep shutting door or leaving piece and pier because one group of guests kept smoking weed every hour on their porch, parking lot, dock, etc.

We had a spacious and comfortable 2 bed, 2 bath, balcony apartment with a full kitchen, dining, and living room. Public access to beautiful Indian Rocks Beach is an easy 5 minute walk. It is so much calmer than staying in Clearwater Beach, but it’s still only a 20 minute drive from Pier 60 if you want to enjoy the nightlife there. Donna was exceptionally welcoming at check-in and throughout our stay. She suggested great restaurants, called around to make us a dinner reservation, and went out of her way to connect with our teen girls. Thank you for a lovely beach weekend!

The pool wasn’t as big as we expected from the photos, but we didn’t mind since the beach was so close and beautiful.

the lady answered the phone call from reservation department was extremely rude, she ‘educated’ me what does’non-refundable’ means. I was humiliated when checking with them if I could refund the room as credits/change checkin in date when my whole family had Covid fever and felt extremely uncomfortable. That’s 4-5 days before the check in date, and I was helped by Disney resort on rescheduling the check in date on the same day I was supposed to check in due to Covid. I almost missed the good hotel in Indian shores due to that rude lady

spacious apartment , clean , great kitchen , two large TVs , localization across street from the beach But better all of the above , the Legacy staff was wonderful , from the lovely lady at the check in , to all the other employees I interact with. congratulations for the great team you have running the place ! I will definitely come back !

Love the large and comfortable bed , living room with lots of space

We loved that the property was tranquil and surrounded by greenery. The staff was super helpful and kind. We were so excited to find that this is an eco-friendly property with many organic and natural options for snacks and body care. The rooms were clean and smelled fresh, no overbearing fragrances were used. The rooms were bright and spacious with a large kitchen area. We loved the little balcony which overlooked some trees and foliage. The back of the property boasts a peaceful boardwalk with chairs and tables, benches, a firepit. You can enjoy watching manatees and dolphins from the dock or grill a meal and eat outside. Some young boys were fishing from the dock, too. Wonderful stay, wish it had been longer and we will definitely be back again!

Not a ton of restaurant options within walking distance but such a small price to pay for a quiet spot. we didn’t mind at all.

The staff were very friendly and super helpful. The views from the wrap around balcony were exceptional, we were often greeted by the sight of dolphins in the water! Beach days made easy with the hiring of a beach trolley (which included everything needed for a day at the beach). Spacious and clean (two bedroom)! Looking forward to coming back in the future. The resort is going to extra lengths to reduce its use of plastic and do its bit for the planet, I only wish that more accommodation in Florida did this!!

Close to the beach, decorated nicely, great amenities, staff is helpful

The furniture including the bed are not very comfortable. The balcony was facing some bushes so there was no view, the air conditioner was out of Freon so we were without air for about 12 hours. Apparently the air conditioner system is old and needs to be updated.

There is nothing to not like it's wonderful if I had to pic something it would be the view it's not ocean view but it is bay view and we seen dolphin and manatees in the bay from the room.

4th time never disappointed. Expansive kitchen and living room area. Love the open floor plan. Staff is Elite and the facilities are perfect. The Bay in Back and Beach in Front. Also the pool and hot tub are great year round features. The Restaurants nearby are walkable to and all top notch from Salt Rock Cafe to the famous DJ's Clam Shack. I could go on and on.

Shower pressure could use improvement. I understand conserving water but it takes longer to wash hair and ends up not saving imo.
