The property was very clean & comfortable. It was nice to have chairs setup for you & not worry about dragging everything down to the beach. Waiters would bring you drinks on the beach - all around for the most part a very nice hotel.

The cell service on the side of the hotel we had wasn’t great, couldn’t hardly send a text. The WiFi wasn’t sustainable for the amount of guests.

I liked facility. Food was good.

Hotel.is overoriced qs us the food and beverage. They give you complimentary coffee at breakfast but if you order breakfast they charge you 4.00. Stupid.

Good size room on 4th floor with full ocean front view from balcony... well maintained hotel & room... nice beach area with lounges, chairs & sun umbrellas... pool area & pool side/beach front bar was also nice... breakfast buffet had good selection and was of good quality... drinks/ice cream/sweets/snacks pantry at reception was nicely done... dinner menu was somewhat limited but well done... overall good quality hotel... friendly staff... plenty of parking...

The otherwise friendly and helpful beach staff started closing the sun umbrellas at 3:00 PM... a little early for our taste... without sun umbrella you cannot stay to long...

The beach was stunning and the food was excellent. Maid service came everyday which was nice. Not all hotels do that since COVID. The sidewalks along the road were great for running, walking and cycling. The hotel was nice and clean and the little store had my favorite - Dunkin Donuts Iced coffee (in a bottle). The hotel was close to a shopping plaza with a great little surf shop that had great beach clothes. There were enough beach chairs for everyone and the staff helped get everyone set up with chairs and umbrellas. I did not feel like I had to fight for a spot.

The gym equipment was old and dirty and some of the machines did not work. Some of the staff were very friendly and others seemed less than thrilled to be there. Some of the bikes worked great but others needed tune ups for things like chains falling off the gears. Wifi was spotty, but worked.

The hotel was lovely and in a fabulous location. The beach was gorgeous with plenty of access to chairs and activities. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a great covered patio to start the day. Lots of things to do close by the hotel. A trip into West Palm is definitely worth while.

The room was a standard room, so nothing special and the bathroom was pretty small. Weddings were going on each night of our stay, so the noise from the parties made it a little difficult to put kids to bed. Out the room was a low floor on the side of the build where the wedding were taking place in outdoor tents. While just a little noisy it was fine.

At the desk you have an excellent staff member named Rocio. I told Rocio when I checked in that my birthday on May 16. She got excited and said she loved birthdays. On my birthday I came down and she had me a surprise. She asked the man outside that set up the chairs on the beach sand to set me up for my birthday a Chair and umbrella. I felt so special on my day and visiting your Resort. Rocio is a special lady and knows how to welcome guest. I worked in the customer service for ten years and know how important it is to please customers. Rocio's caused me to want to come back and visit. To also share my experience with others to come and stay at the Island Hilton Resort. I always want beach front and a hot tub. We had a great stay. Please reward her for a excellent job and joyful spirit. Thank you so much

I did not like not having a complimentary breakfast. This could be added for the price that we paid to stay at the resort.
