Loved our stay at this property. The location was perfect, it's right on the water and has a private jetty you can sit on watching the sun go down over the water. There are kayaks available to use if you like, also bikes. There were some hammocks and loungers near the waters edge as well if you wanted to sit near the water and relax. It was very quiet as it's wasn't on the main road. The room was very comfortable and clean, the staff extremely friendly and helpful.

This place was awesome. The layout was perfect. Right on the water. The amenitites were nice size pool. BBQ grills. Corn hole , ping pong table , fire pit. NIce places to sit outside and watch the sunset or just being outside by the water. Hammocks, bikes, paddle boards and kayaks are yours to use. Breakfast was delivered to our room each morning. Included muffins and fruit. Coffee is provided in the room as well as outside each morning. At sunset your are offered a complimentray glass of wine. The room opens up into a covered patio with chairs and fan and tv. Then from there is an another patio which is open and chairs provided there also.

Lovely private area with free amenities (bikes/kayaks/games). Really helpful friendly staff eager to please. Free parking outside. Large bedrooms. Lovely small jetty with seats to watch the sunset undisturbed. Muffins & fruit provided for breakfast.

The area is quite remote with few eating out options without having to driving. There is a small kitchen but with only microwave & fridge/freezer( our was slightly damaged) this limits ability to cook . The hotel has an outside bbq .

What a spectacular hideaway - so cosy, relaxed and situated in a beautiful landscape. We enjoyed every single moment with a perfect start of the day serving coffee and muffins for free. The pool just in front of our room never was crowded, most of the time we had it for our own... Lots of water sports equipment as kayaks, SUP's and others were available and at night all guests joined the fire place for Marshmallows... very nice idea...

An oasis of calm with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay. we were upgraded to a beautiful cabana with access to the swimming pool and when our flight was delayed they allowed us a later check out tine so we could enjoy the beautiful facilities. amazing sunset

we loved everything about this place. The Keys are expensive but we’ll try to go back to this amazing place. Maybe just one thing the bed felt a bit too soft.

We had a room right in front of the pool - it was so nice and relaxing there. They give you a small continental breakfast that comes in a basket in front of your door. Was good for us - but we do not eat much in the morning. Coffee was available as well. I didn't expect it to be so pretty - the view was really cool. We walked out to the end of the pier and just hung out on the chairs.

Service was great, the setting of the property is amazing, and you can use at no cost paddleboards, kayaks, bbq... The property is very quiet. They will welcome you with a good drink to start your vacation relaxing! At night you can do s'mores on the fire ring, they provide you the kit for it! I needed to do a small laundry and they could arrange it for me (at no cost) to use their machine which was really great! It's located on the shore of the bay which is giving you amazing sunsets.

Mosquitos even in January and some rain that can get inside the room (suite 12) I don't know how. The staff has been very reactive to dry with a towel, but the area should be fixed. It's nice to have a breakfast in a lovely basket dropped every morning in front of the room, but no savory food, only sweet (Muffin and apple) and the coffee offered or the one you make in the room, which is so convenient isn't very tasty.

Beautiful setup in a quiet location on the bay. Plenty of fun things to do onsite including paddle boarding, kayaking. Staff were Brilliant, very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place.

The clean, tropica,l atmosphere, The staff treated us like family . The added touches like wine a 7, smores by the fire pit , muffins on your porch in the am when you went out on your beachfront porch

Noisy aircon and very thin walls. Unfortunately for us we had very loud selfish people in the ajoining room. Not the properties fault but walls are very thin
