Extended Stay America Suites - Orlando - Kissimmee

I left for the airport at 4:30 so I did not see breakfast. It would have been nice to at least have a coffee machine in the lobby. Most places do. I know if I we’re staying longer I could request kitchen accessories and make use of kitchen. But some basics would have been nice. Like coffee /tea and creamer and cups in the room.

There was no coffee/tea in lobby at all. There was no coffee maker in the room I had to ask. Also no cups or anything for drinking . The clerk gave me some upon asking, but it should have been in the room. Especially because there is nothing in the lobby.

Clean, close to restaurants and parks

The front desk person, was rude at the beginning because I arrived 20 min earlier and my room wasn’t ready, so I explain to him that I just wanted to pay for the room and willing to wait, then he was nice. Also the breakfast was no me than some muffins, coffee, etc.. to me that’s a snack. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant nor a dining room

It was in a great location close to the parks and food places were all in walking distance

I stayed on the devours floor and it smell bad. I book online and when I arrived I was charged again for my entire stay. I was told to come back at 12am or the next morning to get the situation resolved

location, price through booking.com, and that the room had a mini kitchen area, although there weren’t any eating/cooking utensils, so you have to bring your own.

No hair dryer or eating/cooking supplies so make sure to take your own if staying there. The staff was great for the most part, except for when I called to get a late checkout. I think they were understaffed, but the lady who answered the phone was a little frustrated and had a tone when she said, “the best I can do is noon because we need the double bed rooms.”

The room was very nice and the hotel was extremely clean , bed was very comfortable and the staff were super nice and friendly making my stay pleasurable

Breakfast I think should have a juice offering , apple or orange juice

Location was great. Beds were comfortable

The breakfast that was included was disappointing. Pre-packaged granola bar, packed instant oarmeal & coffee. I was a single traveler in a wheel chair. The doors were not convenient to open.

The room was very pretty and the price was great. Located right off 192 very easy location and lots around to do

Room housekeeping is every 2 weeks. Have to purchase a coffee pot if want.

No breakfast but, a great location right next to Disneyworld.

There was only one luggage cart for the entire hotel; the hotel needs to buy at least 2 more.

Check in was amazing; very friendly employee; very comfortable bed; nice room overall

The drain in the tub wasn’t draining; the chair had small holes in it

Location, clean, and secure. Not a luxury facility, but very functional.

I knew what its niche was, and it exceeded my expectations.
