We stayed here for one night after two expensive nights in WDW. The location was convenient to the parks, and the price was a great value. (They have a nice pool, too, if you're staying longer.) The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly. And that breakfast was amazing! I would stay there again just to use their pancake maker, lol.

A few small things: 1. When I entered the lobby, there was a dead bug on the floor. This is Florida in summer, so you know what kind of bug I'm talking about. Yes, it was dead, but the fact that it was there, in the lobby, grossed me out. Fortunately, I saw no live bugs during my stay. 2. Check-in was painfully slow. It was late, though, and the clerk was doing his best with the growing line of guests. 3. They ran out of orange juice at breakfast! 4. Breakfast ends promptly at 9:30. I felt that was a bit early.

Great location, near to Walnart and souvenir storez in the Kissimnee area. near to food outlets and short distance from Disney parks. there are laundry facilitiez on site.

The room could have been bigger, but that was my fault in booking the room. Housekeeping was done every day. front office staff were very helpful and ptofessional. breakfast was very tasty and had a variety to choose.

exceptional service from the staff, location was easy and central to all the disney parks. rooms are spacious but could use a good clean as the humidity effects everything. I cant say enough about the friendly and super accommodating service! Thank you for a really great stay!

If you are looking for convenience to all things Orlando, a clean, comfortable bed to sleep in, a friendly, attentive staff, a great value, a pool, and a free breakfast, this is your place! From the minute we walked in to check in, we knew we made the right choice. The manager, Cristiana, made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. Our room had a microwave and a mini fridge, which was a pleasant surprise. There was a Walmart across the street so we happily filled it up for our three day stay! Breakfast is a bit different post-covid, but everyone is doing the best they can with what they have these days, right? We were able to choose from a grab and go style menu with a breakfast sandwich, a piece of fruit, a cereal bar, and a bottle of water, as well as a make your own waffle bar with all the trimmings, as well as fresh coffee, apple juice and delicious Florida orange juice! No complaints from my kids at all. They took the goodies from their breakfast into the parks with them! Bonus!

Loved the king suite room. Room was clean and bed was made everyday. Delicious breakfast that wasn’t the same everyday. Clean pool. Friendly and helpful front desk workers. Super close to parks and entertainment.

By the end of the day the pool always ran out of towels.

Room was clean, bathroom was quite clean and well maintained. breakfast had several options for food and drink. Due tot he COVID-19 situation, all offerings for breakfast are prepackaged and guest request them from an attendant at one end of the spacious dining area. When delivered to your table, the guest warm the breakfast items in a microwave as needed, in the service area at the other end of the dining area. Drinks are provided in there own covered container. A little different, but so is this pandemic. The room is spacious, normal a/c, that worked well, plenty of hangers and hanging clothes space. We were quite comfortable during our stay, and the rooms rate was most affordable. highly recommend this hotel when in the Orlando area.

Not much to find that we didn't like. Large, very affordable hotel room, quite area, well lit parking area with plenty of parking spaces, A number of restaurants in close proximity to the hotel. A great place to stay, at an affordable price when in the Orlando area.

Amazing value. The front desk was incredibly helpful. My friend forgot his insulin in the room’s mini fridge and they stored it in their kitchen’s fridge until we were able to go back to retrieve it.

The breakfast had a lot of options, but it would have been nice to have plain yogurt and apple juice.

This is an excellent budget property. The entire facility was incredibly maintained. You truly can’t ask for a better location - less than 10 minutes from Disney’s main gate and very close to Walmart and CVS. The rooms are nothing fancy, but if you do Disney like we do you don’t spend much time in the room. The staff was incredibly helpful and was there to receive us for a late night check-in when we arrived. Would stay again.

Location cleanliness value and Kevin at the front desk went above and beyond to be friendly courteous and accommodating. I was in town for Classics and he personally went out of his way to.make me.and my car feel safe. Luciano was equally as friendly and provided the same level of guest satisfaction and sense of security.

Ice on the 3rd floor when staying on the second floor. King sized bed should have king sized pillows. The continental breakfast could be a bit more than a microwave sandwich fruit and snack in a paper bag. Steep incline/decline entryway for cars. Specialty cars lowered like mine with undercarriage mods could easily be damaged.

Luciano’s amazingly positive attitude, as well as all the staff members (front desk, room maintenance & cleaning, etc.). We have made this hotel our regular go-to place to stay when we visit the theme parks ever since 2016!

I usually like being on the ground floor level, but the issue was not about the height but the noise comming from outside and loud vibrations from the upper floor.
