Everything was great! From checking in to checkout. Staff was helpful, pleasant, and welcoming. The apartment was super clean and fresh; very spacious, and had everything I needed. Bed was soooo comfortable, and the view from the balcony was lovely and so relaxing. This was just an overnight trip so I could get to Disney for an early morning start, but I didn’t want to check out. Just wanted to sit on the balcony and take in the beauty and peacefulness. The best was the jetted tub … perfect for a mommy getaway. Peaceful soak in the tub with a glass of wine! I alwaysI come to Disney for my birthday and stay on property, but this year I’m definitely booking a long weekend birthday at Grand Lake.

10 minutes from Disney parking. Very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment, excellent king-size beds, full up kitchen. And a jacuzzi! Very affordable price, 5 minutes to Walmart, lots of restaurants in walking distance. I have stayed two times to visit the parks and I would go again for sure.

This was a piece of paradise in the disney area. The property was beautiful and well maintained. We loved waking up to the beautiful lake view each morning. Our 1 bedroom apartment was clean and very spacious. We will definitely return when we are wanting to have a staycation in the disney area again. Highly recommend for a quiet getaway and some family time.

It has 2 bathrooms and 2 big bedrooms.

The carpet was kinda stinky, and some of the appliances like the coffee maker and the knives were rusty.

i paid bookings.com for additional resort fees and the reception charged me for same fees I paid bookings.com, I called bookings.com and they said they shouldnt of charged me. I didnt get the. deposit back till 2 months later. I even called and asked why was the deposit not refunded. They said they check into it. Everything was great except the reception where they said there was no booking for me and I had to wait 30 minutes until the receptionist found it.

The location is perfect for families planning to visit the Magic kingdom and Hollywood studios parks as the drive time is less then 10 minutes. Everything you need is within 3 minutes drive time including a Walmart supercenter for those who want to cook in suite. The view of the lake was very nice and the clean landscaping was a nice touch for us as we have a service dog. The staff was also very friendly.

The list is short but updating the carpets and maybe investing in more comfortable mattresses would go a long way, although they were comfortable still. Maybe instead of coin laundry, a free to use laundry would have been amazing since we didn’t have coins with us.

I loved the quietness of the location. The wildlife was everywhere and the children loved seeing all the different animals. The grounds were clean and well maintained. Plenty of shade or sun to suit. Apartment was equipped with all the essentials and was clean. Location is very convenient to all things Orlando (Disney, seaworld, museums, food, and shoppping)

I did not like the sharp tiles that were not aligned properly on the tub steps. It is a hazard. Wet tiles around the tub is also a hazard and should have some sort of non-slip surface. The pull out couch was broken, but functioned enough for vacation.

Comfortable rooms and spacious. Loved having the kitchen, separate bedroom and a spa tub. Was there for only 1 night but could have easily stayed a week. Didnt get a chance to check out all the amenities but the list is long of things to do. Room was clean, bed was comfy and had everything I needed. Will stay again and again next time in Orlando.

We were told we had to call a number to get our parking permit. Because we only stayed one night we never called but i got the feeling it was going to be a time share pitch. Not sure I would have enjoyed that.

Location is great, right on rte 192, but apartments run front to back & the bedrooms in back, it's quiet & on the Lake! Room is spotless! Receptionists are wonderful!

When I went online to extend our stay, the management company said there were no rooms available!! Impossible we are here & there's hardly anyone here! That happened last time, too! What the hecks going on?? I went on booking.com (how I booked it originally) & got a booking!

Big apartment, close to Disney World, plenty of restaurants close by, a Walmart at 5 minutes. 4 people sleeping comfortably and and all that you need for self sustaining yourself in the kitchen if you're looking for that. Not to mention the price/value ratio which is very high.

Slight mold type smell in the living room when you first enter. Might be slightly disturbing.
