I liked the suite layout and the breakfast offerings. The hotel also has a couple of facilities to enhance your stay.

No one made sure everything was working and ready before we were checked in. Both the light and socket on one side of the bed were not working. When this was brought to the attention of the front desk, an electrician was sent to the room to fix the problem. However, we were not warned that he doesn't speak English, and after struggling to communicate for the first couple of minutes, he had to resort to Google Translate. It turned out that the problem was not a quick fix, it would require a couple of hours which we didn't have. Since we didn't want to deal with the hassle of moving rooms, we just had to make do for the duration of our stay.

We enjoyed the breakfast very much. That was one of the reasons we chose this location, everything was fresh and healthy. The pool hours were great too. After a long day in one of Disney's parks it was good to come back and relax in one of the pools. Parking was also a plus. The kids enjoyed the bungee jump, wall climbing and zip line too. We didn't get to try our hand at mini golf but maybe next time!

We didn't find anything that we didn't like. The customer service was great. After arriving we had to upgrade our room twice before we found the room we were looking for. The staff was so helpful with the changes and didn't mind at all with helping us.

This was little get away for my family and I. If you are looking to get away and have some fun then this is your place to go! They have 2 different pools, both have cool slides and other stuff in them for the kids. There is an awesome Tiki Bar that has food and drinks! Ice cream shack, put put golf, rock climbing! Its an over all really cool place! Most of the staff was really nice and happy!! There were a few that were questionable, but they worked during the day and outside with the food and ice cream so it wasn't too bad because we didn't have to deal with them all day!! Ohh and the the one pool had a kitty area for the smalls kids, no steps just a real shallow end like the beginning on the beach! Really cool, the texture of the pool was soft which I really liked since I have a 1 year old and was still new with walking.

Location was convenient and close to many attractions. Bed was comfy, Room was big enough for me and my husband. Good place to bring family. Pools were nice check in was easy and the Staff was friendly and willing to help.

Breakfast bar was a nice addition. They tried to make variety of the same things like (eggs and sausage) but could have had bacon and other things. Also everyone wanted waffles and there would be a two minute wait per person and food got cold. They could use another waffle maker so people aren’t waiting in line longer.

It was kind of dirty. There were stains in the carpet and it felt sticky to walk on so I bought slippers. The bathroom was decent but the water Temps didn't change and the toilet handle broke off. No matter where you turned the water knob it was a constant pretty hot temp so you really cant come back to a cold shower after a hot day. Or if you have skin problems the shower is just gonna be really really hot. You can tell it was cheaply made but the price compared to the other hotels in the area was p good.

All the staff is amazing. The breakfast girls are fantastic. Hotel was always being cleaned, smelled clean, room was clean. Had salads at the tiki bar, they were so yummy!

We chose this hotel cause of the slide. It was always closed. But it did not stop the older kids from climbing on it, jumping off it, using it like a playground constantly. No one came and told them to chill out and get off it. Made it so my toddler couldn't enjoy the pool. And the other pool is shared with 3 seperate large hotels, just an FYI.

The room was clean and relatively quiet on the first floor, close to the end of the hall. A delightful surprise was to have four pillows with two "soft" and two "firm", stitched onto the pillow cases to choose from. The Dove bar soap was great! We love the breakfast, especially the ease and no mess of pressing a button to make two mini pancakes, the warm pastries, mini vegetable egg whites cup/muffin, small cheese omelets on the second day, and having both bananas and oranges, the two fruits we liked. The best part of breakfast was having four mini Mickey waffles made with the special waffle maker, both days, they came out incredibly soft and yummy! Give a shout out and thank you to Ana of breakfast for helping made the Mickey waffles on the second day, and for both days, helping us in getting breakfast 😊.

Only the pool and tiny Tiki theme mini bar were opened outside. We expected mini golf, playground, splash pad, but most were covered, work in progress environment, and very small area, with lack of greenery.

The breakfast was nice and hot. They made sure that the food items were properly stocked. The rooms were comfortable and clean. It's so much to do as a family their or as an individual. Zip lining, rock climbing, they have three pools and a tiki bar, a hot tub and you can barbecue their on the grills. It definitely was a wonderful experience! 🤗

We were extremely tired from the theme park so when we got to the hotel, we just had got in the pool. We didn't have time to do the other activities such as rock climbing or zip lining. Next time we will be staying longer 🤗

Great breakfast! Omelets, pancakes, sausage, bacon, egg white omelets, waffles, yogurt, fruit, bagels, cereal, cinnamon rolls and more! The check in was very easy. The pools and workout room were very clean! Publix and Walmart are a close car ride. The room itself was comfortable, clean and we slept very well! The hotel was quiet. Fluffy pillows and a good mattress!
