The breakfast buffet was nice, if they would add some cold cheeses and deli meats it would be perfect. Very nice and friendly stuff throughout property. Highlight is the outdoor recreation area with the pools and various activities. The tiki bar license to chill serves great drinks and delicious food. Rooms are very spacious.

More flexibility with shuttles to Disney world since they only leave twice a day and come back way before the fireworks at magic kingdom which is a highlight for many park goers so you have to find a different way to get there. The fridge unfortunately doesn’t have a freezer section so for longer stays you can’t store ice cream or frozen meals for the microwave for a quick dinner. But those are all just small things and don’t really affect your stay just something to be aware off

The pools and the attractions for kids to do. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They were patient with the kids. The breakfast was phenomenal, with different choices every day.

The bathroom downstairs and by the pool was always dirty. Also, they were short staff, the zip line wasn't able to be done, and the water slide in the crab pool wasn't opened because the staff was short. I wish when we arrived we were notified of all the things they had for families to do at a hotel. We didn't find out about it until the day before we left. The laundry room only had two washers and 2 dryers, which took forever to do 4 loads for a family of 6. One of the dryers had to be used twice in a row in order to dry the clothes.

Breakfast was fantastic, location was great. Room was a good size. The kids loved the pools and outdoor activities.

They had a plumbing problem the day we were there. They had to turn off the water for hours because of it. I'm not sure why they chose the evening hours to turn off the water. But I feel like they maybe could've waited a few hours to fix it while most people were asleep, instead of turning off the water while people were trying to brush their teeth, showering and getting ready for bed. Also, our room on the 4th floor smelled like the carpet was old and had old water damage.

The lobby was beautiful, the breakfast included was amazing!!! Staff was very nice and professional. Worth every penny. Location was great and super close to the parks. Definitely staying here again.

the hallways to the rooms were a little warm. It felt humid and warm when walking to our room. The sheets for the pull out couch could have had more blankets. My son was cold during the night because the one blanket he had was very thin.

lots of pools and jacuzzi, had a nice splash pad area for my son as well as the slide was super fun! all the amenities were great. everyone was really kind and helpful especially the breakfast lady in the mornings. house keeping came everyday:)

the breakfast was repetitive, a lot of the breakfast food shown on the images was not available. the couch in our room could use an upgrade. it was dirty and old and smelled like moist.

I like that the hotel was very clean and smelled great when you first walked in. There were two tv's in the King Suite and that was a plus, because that gave my husband and I a chance to watch what we wanted to watch. The bed was very comfy! I love the free wifi, free parking and that breakfast was available every morning for free. The outside amenities were awesome, they have three pools, miniature golf, a basketball court, zip lining, a volleyball pit, Starbucks and other snack bars for your pleasure. The location was wonderful. The staff was great and very friendly. Can't wait to visit again!

More varieties of meats for breakfast would've been great. Four of our five days stay they served sausage. When didn't eat our last day there. It got a little crowded in there at times, while trying to get your food, but it all worked out. Another thing was the AC gets very loud when it cuts on and it's hard to hear the tv, we just turned the volume up.

We LOVE this hotel, its more of a resort! First, the front desk staff is so friendly and helpful, anytime day or night! We came here with a youth soccer team last year who were playing at Disney's ESPN Sports Complex and discovered this gem of a resort. We now stay here most every time in Orlando. Its literally a direct shot to the entrance to Disney, just a few miles away. The amenities are AMAZING, free putt putt golf course, kids splash pad, cool water slides, two huge walk in pools with hot tubs, zipline, onsite convenience store, plus pool side restaurants with poolside service and free parking. They even have onsite Starbucks coffee. We don't have to leave this resort for days, its all here. Plus they provide pool towels and an awesome FREE hot breakfast to include scrambled eggs, sausage/bacon, muffins, bagels, cereal, milk, juice bar and Mickey Mouse homemade waffles! The pool view rooms are the best, such a pretty view. You cannot go wrong staying here. We have referred so many friends!

Minor A/C issues in our room, A/C would not stay on and the night manager Taylor was quick to respond. They sent tech up right away to check it out. The hotel was sold out this visit so they were unable to move us to a different room, but she ended up giving us a credit. This was likely due to the severe thunderstorms, they did best they could to accommodate us. We will be back for our next stay very soon. The staff is awesome.

It was clean. The staff were all extremely friendly.

The breakfast was Meh. There were long lines for waffles. The andouille sausage was good. The salsa was excellent. Best in class for oatmeal. However, the breakfast sausage did not have good flavor. And before you say, "Well, it was free." Anything worth doing is worth doing well.

Rooms were pretty big, the pools amenities were pretty awesome. Breakfast was decent, room we stayed in was clean, and the staff were super nice.

Breakfast was okay if you aren't a picky eater. One of the 3 days they had eggs and turkey sausage, but the other 2 days they had premade sandwiches and the rest was mostly bread, some bland cereal, and some bananas or apples, this made it hard for my 5 year old and my picky girlfriend to find enough to fill them up. I guess my only other complaint is that they didnt have any towels by the pool, but they did have some at the front desk. Really only the breakfast was the downfall for us, but if you aren't picky, they did have some options. Would stay again for sure though.

It was clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptional. Some of the nicest, most helpful, and considerate staff I have encountered at a hotel. I was impressed by the hotel and large rooms. Breakfast was also very good.

A school group was staying there. The pool and hot tub were incredibly crowded and loud and my kids didn't get an opportunity to swim that night. It would be nice to have some swim time for guests that aren't part of the large groups, even if it is just an extra hour. Awesome hotel, but next time I will call ahead to make sure no large school groups are there. Only one elevator seemed to be working.
