I like that everything from the staff to the bar to the pool to the comfortability and cleanness of the rooms staff is super friendly security on point . one property manager stood out the most is Miss Debra .so understanding so patient great customer care 10 out of 10 for that one

There's really not much I could say about what I didn't like it was all around fun very enjoyable place

this aint no Hilton or Westgate... is a working class people's resort ... If you want fancy hotel pay extra for the 5 start ones...otherwise don't be a meany and treat the employees like they are your slaves... This hotel is for a family or people on a budget that want somewhere to stay without breaking the bank. I got to use the gym and the pool and that was such fun. The jacuzzi was not as hot as it should have been though. Super close to a lot of entertainment and food. We also ordered instcart to the room and that was a quick delivery. Deff recommend for those who are humble of heart and sweet to employees... People who think they better than everyone need to go somewhere else Lol

the kitchenette had no stove or hot plate. just a microwave

Location is great ! Staff was super nice and helpful if needed anything . Room was spacious and comfortable . Planning another trip to Orlando in April and will be booking this hotel again !

Bar and restaurant on location are closed permanently from what I could tell while I was there but there are plenty of bars and places to get food in the area

I love this place. I get EXACTLY what I pay for everytime I stay here. The staff is very helpful. The location is conveniently located by Old Town. That means lots of restaurants, bars, shops and the food truck park is my favorite. I highly recommend staying here. Please keep in mind that it's not the Ritz Carlton. It's an affordable family hotel in a great location at a good value

clean and convenient

it was under construction which wasn’t a big deal but odd. wished there was a elevator to use because we had 3 kids and suitcases late at night. also the staff were oddly awkward and kinda just ignored me the whole time I was at the counter and carried on their conversation with other employees both times I went up talking about random stuff that was irrelevant to work. not a huge deal but kinda odd. also I didn’t see the little diner thingy open. I didn’t see where the hours were posted so maybe it wasn’t supposed to be open but I thought it was going to be. also we only got 4 pillows and had 4 people so I feel like there should be 4 pillows per bed.

Stayed in 2 room suite. It was awesome, very spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. Nice room. heated pool was nice. We go here a couple times of year. It is our go to place

Went in hot tub 4 men in there smoking and drinking shots. People walking up and down the corridor at 11 at night hollering and being loud. Still have not received my 100 deposit back to my card. Door did not close securely.

My kids enjoyed the Kids Suite, which was enclosed separately from the main part of the room. It had its own tv, and doorway curtains if you wanted to use them. All in all, great bang for your buck. No, it's not some penthouse suite, but for the grand total of $55/night, it was the perfect place for me and my 5 kids. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and well stocked with towels and toilet paper, and it wasn't noisy. There was a compact size mini fridge, and plenty of storage places.

Would've been nice to have more people manning the desk during check-in. There was one designated person, and a 2nd person occasionally jumped in. We checked in just before 8 on a Sunday night, and there were like 6 families in line. It took around 30 minutes to get to the front.

Location was perfect. next to Old Town, stores, and restaurants.. Mattress was very confy. Has 2 pools Has kids pool.. Has a playground. Fitness center. Has an arcade. Has a CVS machine with essentials. A Quick note, I fixed one of the lamps and the toilet.

Fridge was too small for a family room. Kids room was too dark but we loved the room.

We always stay at this hotel when were in the Kissimmee area, and it’s close to everything walking distance, and everyone that works there, treat you like family, and if you need anything, they’re always there to help you.

Everything was excellent during our stay.

Location was great! Was able to walk with my grandson over to Fun Spot while grandma relaxed in the room. We didn't use the pool, but it looked nice. We enjoyed the game room also.

Biggest observation was the door to our room. There was only the deadbolt and no safety latch. Also, looked like the door had been kicked in or something because it didn't quite fit properly and had to use a bit of force to open/close. It wasn't a deal breaker, just a sign of age and wear & tear.
