Staffs were willing to assist customer. It was beyond our expectation. Staffs had offered different room while fixing smoke detector. We were really appreciated.

Staff went above and beyond to assist us with the phone mount. However, staff had missed understood us. Thus, the phone mount was almost useless. I had to use rubber bands to secure my phone to the phone mount. This costed me about $42 dollar. Now the phone mount is in the stage that I can't return or exchange it.

Good breakfast variety for our 5 day stay. Friendly courteous staff! Golden Corral across parking lot a big plus. We ate there twice. Excellent location for us to get to Disney parks by either Lynx bus OR rent car for last 2 days of our trip. The CVS nearby and Publix grocery store across 192 gave us plentiful options.

Maybe could have emphasized proximity to Lynx bus stops (0.2 - 0.3 miles) I feel this is underutilized resource for Orlando visitors. Particularly the convenience and cost savings to Disney parks for those families that elect to stay off site. A weekly Lynx transit pass for $16 is an excellent value! This hotel is ALWAYS clean, and staff ALWAYS friendly and helpful. I stay at this particular hotel at least 3 times a year. It is on a direct road that exits onto Disney Property also. Free parking is one of the valuable perks that are hard to find nowadays. I highly recommend it, but on second thought, maybe I should keep it my little secret 😉

Location to all Disney parks was extremely close. 7-8min, no traffic. Next to I4. Also, location is surrounded by restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, gas stations, pretty much all you will ever need. We were very happy with the location.

Could have a better breakfast. Also, unless you ask, they won’t have housekeeping clean your room. We stayed there 5 nights.

bed was the most comfortable that we’ve stayed in. Room was nice and spacious and staff were lovely. They work hard to keep the place comfortable.

A little tired in places but not bad at all. No sun loungers as pictured. we were told there were new ones on order but would have made more sense to leave the old ones in place until the new arrived.

Location was fine. I didn’t participate except for coffee

For long stays, I think a mid stay housekeeping service should be done, we shouldn’t have to come get towels and put trash outside of the door. When the stay is 5 or more days, at least 1 mid stay service isn’t too much to ask.

The first time I stayed at this property, the room was done over freshly remodeled beds were comfortable. Second Time the room was old carpet was ripped bed was uncomfortable

Hotel was nice and well maintained, staff was lovely and the breakfast is solid. location is also a plus, really close to Disney parks, Disney springs and an outlet mall

Breakfast was better than typical continentals. The staff were inviting and helpful. We opt'd out of daily room service, which I hadn't done before, but it worked for us.

Pool hours didn't match the posted times (evidently due to some people abusing the rules), but there was a day or two that the pool was opened late (around 11 - 12 noon time frame).

The location is great. The staff is so engaging and welcoming. Food and shopping are all within the area. Entertinment is all around. The atmosphere is family friendly and deserves a second trip.

Breakfast as height of pandemic is tapering off is not as desirable as expected.
