The way that give the cleaning service. When I check in they didn’t tell me anything about how it works. In the stays with other hotels they give the cleaning service no matter what. Here I suppose to request. I have a long day on Disney and came back with the beads un make and the bathroom trash as we left was awful. The desk service Apologized and I understand how it works now but for the next time is good to let us know. Then the last day I saw that the service information was in a corner in the bathroom mirror but is ok.

We stayed with them because of hurricane Ian. The staff was exceptional handling so many people under extreme circumstances. They took wonderful care of us and breakfast was excellent which was surprising because everywhere was closed and getting supplies and staff onsite challenging. There was one staff member that went out of her way to check on my father a couple times. I also saw her checking on other guests and going out of her way to help a family that didn't speak english. We were very grateful for the friendliness and professionalism of this hotel staff.

I loved the pastoral view out of our window. It was such a nice change from the concrete views of Orlando and the freeways. I also appreciated the very friendly and helpful staff, the good breakfast with many choices, and the easy access to the ice maker and the entrance. I didn't know if Lake Wales was far enough away from Disneyland to be more rural and natural, and it was.

Desk chair was a little wobbly in our room, but not a big problem for us.

Breakfast was amazing. A lot of variety and staff was very helpful.

Unfortunately we couldn’t get to switch the input on the TV and my children wanted to watch the shows they regularly stream (I ve brought my Roku to other hotels and never had a problem using it) Ryan, the front desk attendant, was extremely helpful in trying to help me but in the end: no Roku :( The pillows also seemed kind of old and not the greatest quality. Also, there were only 2 sets of towels; however, a new set was immediately brought to our room when I asked for it. I also would have liked for the pool to be heated.

Room was super comfortable, loved the bed and the large mirror, i actually like the coffee maker in the room too. I would defiantly stay here again.

the toilet leaked unfortunately, I'm glad i caught it before it flooded the room, this was not deal breaker or changed anything during my stay, I understand this stuff happens.

Clean, and we purchased our tickets to Bok Tower at the hotel. The breakfast was excellent. We left a pair of women's shorts and a shirt called hotel they had and said would ship and bill my credit card but we have not received yet. They gave me the room requested as had safety bars to in tub without slipping.

One serious weakness was the workout room only a treadmill needs more equipment or will lose customers like us. All of the other motels in this class have a well equipped gym. I wish had social hour in evening where could pass out sealed wine or soft drink, cheese in packets, I realize COVID has changed things but everyone also should adopt to give services expect.

The location was great for eating and Legoland and felt safe and quiet. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Guest laundry was on our floor and free. The staff was very kind. Pet fee was very reasonable.

They gave us a room on the complete opposite side of the building for the pet relief area knowing we had 2 dogs, the carpet was old and needing a cleaning, and the continental breakfast left much to be desired.

We traveled 7 hours from GA for a tournament, and when we arrived, the staff was nice and welcoming (they even thanked my dad for his military service). Our rooms were all clean and we received an upgrade from our original booking due to some issues. The breakfast was really good which was a plus!

I would stay again, the staff was friendly, and for the most part the room was nice and it was very clean.

The tub was clearly old and had tons of stains, plus there was rusty liquid coming out of the handrails that dripped down the walls and stained them. kinda gross. also I wish these places would get better coffee makers for the rooms. it had the those cheap little pod things- coffee was terrible.

Breakfast was good. Hotel was clean. Everything worked. Staff was helpful.

The bed was so firm, almost hard, so I didn't sleep very well. The pillows were small, fat, and hard. The heat/air in the room turns on and off all night which interrupts sleep. This was a nice room, but really, this is not a $300/night hotel. When I pay that much I expect a very well-maintained hotel and an exceptionally comfortable room and bed.
