it was clean and the staff was friendly. Free hot breakfast was good. They had make your own waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes, bagels, muffins, cereal, yogurt, coffee, juice’s & fruit. Rooms were nice & updated. Mini Fridge and coffeemaker in the room. Close to a lot of different restaurants and right across from a Walmart shopping center. All within walking distance. it was less then a 5 min drive to Lego Land. Vending machines on each floor and the prices were average not overpriced.

Great value for money, very close to Walmart and other shops, and only a 5-minute drive to Legoland.

Breakfast is served until 10 AM, but one day we went down to get food at 9:45, and the staff was already clearing everything. I asked why, as the closing time was supposed to be at 10 AM, and the attendant responded in a very rude manner, saying it was closed and the food had run out.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. There was construction going on and it didn't look open. Once inside everything was great. There are several restaurants adjacent to the hotel. It was very convenient.

The hotel is a little hard to find it is next to another hotel which is was you can see from the street. There was a hand painted sign to direct us to the lobby. With all of the scaffolding, it was a little confusing.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great! We enjoyed the pool every day we were there. The staff was friendly. The staff took great care of our items even they cleaned the room - even my daughter’s stuffed animals were neatly placed in the bed.

Every single staff member we interacted with was exceptionally kind and helpful during our stay from 12/29-12/31/22. My son loved the different treats they had for guests in the evening.

There was a large cobweb up in the corner of our room and the pressure from the sink faucet needed to be fixed, but otherwise everything was great and clean

Staff was nice and friendly. My family and I felt safe at this location. Wonderful location to stay if visiting for Legoland! It was clean and very nice room. The breakfast was also a nice bonus 😊

The pool was pretty warm and more like bath water but we still enjoy some swimming / family fun around the pool!

My rate was not charged correctly. Per Booking. Com the total should be $166 and they charged me $195. I called and the guy told me that the manager will call me but never happened. I never received a receipt so I viewed the charges in my bank acct. If someone calls me it would be great!

The hotel is showing its age just a bit but it was very clean. The staff was amazing, especially Carl who worked evenings. They were extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. The breakfast offerings were so much better than most hotels without a restaurant. I will definitely be staying there again if I'm in the area.

the staff is amazing!!! the rooms were clean and spacious for our family!! the breakfast was delicious, the potatoes were my favorite!!

we like to keep our room tidy but don’t necessarily need room service so bigger garbage cans throughout the hotel would be a plus so that we don’t have bags and boxes of garbage, ie take out containers, soda boxes, etc.

The breakfast was excellent. Very good choice of breakfast items that kept the whole family happy.

There were renovations going on which meant that the front of the hotel was closed. Warning of the works at the time of booking would have been appreciated.
